Use the reasoning of a war criminal to make your point. He overstepped his Constitutional bounds then, and those that request the President to intervene in this situation when it is clearly a state issue are asking the same of this administration.

Wanna hear the definition of irony? SOme of the same people who say we should look to Lincoln as a guide, are also saying that maybe the president could use a writ of Habeas Corpus to intervene...
