and

Spread the word. Gov. Bush & FL authorities now have a valid legal complaint to act on. There are no more excuses. Best Regards, (Name)

This is really something that only an attorney familiar with Florida administrative law can address. It could be that a complaint to an administrative agency - Children and Family Services - is sufficient to give the State of Florida a legal hook to immediately intervene.

Please explain how a filing by Judicial Watch (who has no standing in the matter) is going to allow Jeb Bush to find away to step into the Schiavo situation. I'd really like to know. I think those who insult Jeb Bush (and threaten to whithhold their votes, etc.) are brainless and self-defeating. If he has no power to do anything, that's how it is. He doesn't create the law.
Terri's husband is a barbarian, IMO.

No thanks needed...I hope jeb and JW get to do something, but I'm not counting on it...this is not my world, I'm just a hobo on lifes journey...and it's FRieday, the Cubs and the BoSox both lost, so I think I'll get me another beer and cry in it...NOT!...have a great weekend.

Read the pdf file on their complaint, all six lines of it.
Well, you know-- Larry can't keep up his lifestyle if he misses the opportunity to make an empty gesture. Gotta lure in as many new suckers to donate as possible.

Hey, just wondering who Micheal Schiavo won his malpractice suit against?
Why isn't the medical company who paid him off, demanding their money back?! Why don't we write to them? Schiavo misrepresented why he needed money. If she is to be killed and not live for the 50 years he argued for, he should give the money back!
Now why isn't this angle being pursued?

The insurance company is no longer in business.

Larry is not doing anything to better Terri.
He is only thinking of himself, and attempting to better his bank account.
Helping Terri is noble. Being screwed doing it is a waste of resources.

I could see him suing on behalf of the "husband". Didn't he sue his own mother?

Oh, I am so tired at this point. I don't know what to think. I am sure there are a good deal of tired people right now No More Gore Anymore, you have expressed my condition precisely!! I look haggared, feel torn, haven't slept, eyes are sore from crying and my mind is absolutely feeble right now. I know that there are many of you feeling in the same condition.
We are fighting a terrible battle right now. A battle for right to life!! I have mixed feelings for Larry Klayman, for sure, but at this point, I will pray that he can pull something significant to open a door at the midnight hour. ANYTHING is worth a try, even Klayman!! Tired and heading for the couch one more time. polly

Tell me please.....what constitutes " Breaking News?"....isn't this breaking news? Hmmmmmmm boy do I have a lot to learn about FR.!
Here are my feelings right now. If Governor Bush needs something to " act on".....then this would give him a opportunity, right? It may be a feeble attempt, but IMHO worth a try.

I'm sure they'll
check into it first thing Monday morning.
The key word with Judical Watch and the Klay Man is always CHECK (as in send me your money)!
To: No More Gore Anymore
why is he so bad??????????
He raises millions of dollars (mass mailings) based on empty promises - the money finds it way into his pocket - then when IRS comes calling he screams "harrassment" and runs to Florida to run for the Senate. He is the biggest secret weapon that Hillary Rodman Clinton has going for herself.
