Rights are given by God. With the possible exception of making horrid statements about their country all the above behaviors are prohibited by the Bible. We have no right to murder or permit abomination or to commit fornication (which is where bastard children come from)
We do have the right to dispose of our property as we please. The only question is if that disposal is proper stewardship.
