George Felos, attorney for Michael Schiavo, said that the Schindlers were "still in denial" over Terri Schiavo's wishes not to be kept alive.

George Felos is the same man who

This same Felos thinks Terri's parents are "in denial."

I will be sending a Get Well card to Terri, in care of her guardian, since her parents would need to get his approval for the card to be given to Terri, anyway. There is very little time left for things like that.

We don't know that Terri will be kept at the hospice, so I wouldn't send the card there.

I realize he is busy at the moment, but I think it makes sense to save time by sending Terri's Get well card in care of her guardian. Does anyone have a better idea for where I should send the card?

A friend expressed his thoughts that the family has no standing in this regard. He based his opinion on the fact she left her parents and was cleaved to him - so he has the right to decide regarding her health - regardless of his lack of faithfullness ... etc. I very much disagree but am looking for a Biblical refrence that would refute this idea. I made the comment that no guard would stop me from seeing my child, having access to her ... etc. Please no anti Judaic/Christian screeds. I'm looking strictly for a Biblical response.

Just reported on MSNBC, but left out pertinent details, wish the Dad had gotten in a MAIN point, such as the fact she had no therapy, banned visits by hubby, etc, even a few "quick" comments, maybe sheep would take notice.

I think that if that were my daughter and I was convinced that she should stay alive, that I would take steps to remove the husband from the scene. He has absolutely no moral credibility. But let us hope that Bush can find a way.

As the father of 4 grown daughters I can't begin to imagine the anguish her parents are going through. This is simply wrong.Where are judicial morals.

I fear that if this was my daughter I would not be able to restrain my rage. There would be a good chance that legal guardianship would change in about one second and for about 30 cents, and let the chips fall.

prayers ongoing.... believing the good lord will hear.

God bless you Terri.

"I am not a doctor, I am not a lawyer, But I know that if a person can be able to sustain life without life support, that should be tried," the governor said, adding the "ultimate decision of this is in the courts."

One of the real problems in this issue and most other social decay issues, as well as obtrusive government issues, is the COURTS. The judges - often hand picked for life - have God-like decision-making power. Many of them have been picked by Clinton or other liberal/leftist Democrats. These judges have a world view that is destructive and since we now seem to have a country ruled by judicial decisions, we are going to have to fight this ruling by judges or get completely ruined as a country.

It may already be too late.

Another issue is the unelected beaurocracies and agencies, who essentially rule our lives. No one elects them, they are state, county or federal employees, and someone invents the millions of pages of rules, regulations and so on that we citizens must follow or we lose our property, our businesses, or our children.

"Effective communication" is now the bar we all must hit in order to be allowed to continue breathing?

Disgusting, satanic, damned.

I would think if Terri left no written or such instructions like a Living Will; there would be a way around this insanity. ASfter all, it's only her husband's word.

I am pretty sure when we were Terri's age we all said things like that because youth never thinks it's going to die.

From the new documents on terrisfight.org, it would seem Jeb's in the crucible, politically. I hope he does the right thing.
Check out the new documents in favor of executive intervention.
Go, Jeb.
