Advertisement Robert Carter asks for your vote in the Arkansas Senate race. My certainties are as follows:
E = SR -> Existences = (Self 888) (Radiations). Self 888 Always Existed. "Self Determination of Life Forms" is a radiation of Sir Self 888. there is no reason to fear Sir Self 888. Sir Self 888 is the eternal supreme entity of democracy.
The constants of creations Sir 999 evolved in times and created the constants of preservations 333 and the constants of destructions 444 in various shapes, forms and manners. Each life form experiences an endless mode of "Lessons of Maturations". Even unto the illusions of death. Love is eternally the most powerful constant.
Sir Self 888 and Sir 999 are different aspects of the same entity. Sir Self 888 always existed and Sir 999 evolved in times and created. Sir 999 radiates existences in frequencies spectrums and bands of existences. Sir 999 will go on evolving and creating forever. Sir 999 exists everywhere. Matter by way of scientific acts of physics is radiated by Sir 999. Birth defect and disease in offspring are a result of the self-determination of the parents that mated and produced that offspring. Sir 999 will create a spiral universe.
Sir 999 is a surrogate of Sir Self 888. 333 and 444 are surrogates of 999. 999, 333, and 444 in various or single combinations incarnate in life forms in a merger of determinations. Like pieces of a chess game the incarnates manifest the natures of the life energies of the constants they surrogate. Incarnates of 999, 333 and 444 exist in every galaxy of existences. 888 never did and never will incarnate. The only thing Sir 999 expects of intelligent life forms is to follow the way of preservation, which is morality and idealism. A way of preservation is "respect of lesser or disadvantaged life forms", but not over self defense, which extends life form to life form, government to government, and culture to culture. A constitutionally based democratically elected power structure is a way of preservation. Tenacity, integrity, honesty, honor and loyalty are a way of preservation. Compassion, forgiveness and mercy are a way of preservation. Peaceful coexistence of race, gender, species and philosophies are a way of preservation. Having conscience and regret over mistakes are a way of preservation. Persectuion and oppression are not a way of preservation. Versatility and well roundedness for adaptability are a way of preservation. To wait or not to wait is a judgement decision, Egomania is not a way of preservation. self-control is a way of preservation. Theocracy is not a way of preservation. The 3 E's -> Environment, Education and Experiences are a way of preservation as they are more immportant than the genetic aspects of life.
Tolerance of differences is a way of preservation. Eternal freedom and self-determination of each life form is a way of preservation. It isknown that some cultures evolved first and conquer others. Self-defense is a way of preservation. A judicial system is a way of preservation. War for profit is not a way of preservation. Religion for profit is not a way of preservation. An eternal constant of exxistences is that existences will always perpetuate themselves. Life forms that accept and follow the way of preservation, like an entitlement, are endowed with eternal consciousness is service to Sir 999. Competition is a constant of existences. A constant of existences is that each galaxy evolves into a central power structure then life from the galaxxies will unite into a single entity structure for perpetuation of its conceivable universe. Some life forms take time out of context and a new meaning is made. A constant of existences is that life forms from the dimenstions interact with the universes. Life forms of and from the dimensions are psychologist created by existences.
In 2001 AD it was revealed by Sir Self 888 that Robert Carter is the only begotten human son of Sir Self 888. My personal KARMA as in the Lessons of Maturations is one of trial and error. I am very much an average human with all of the human weaknesses and no special powers. 12,000 years in the past of human species the human solar system was invaded and conquered as the human went from world government to fragmented anarchhy. The invaders have bases on nine planets and human agents loyal to the invaders. A divided and polarized human civilization is the result of the invasion. Each Life form exists literally and physically Eternally inside the mind of the Supreme Equation.

This has come about after much badgering by you, my friends and extended family...
I couldn't find anything about this loon at the Arkansas Secretary of State's web site. Maybe he is a write-in candidate. I had seen his name mentioned in passing in a newspaper article, but it didn't report that he was a crackpot.
