I am guessing that Brit really despises me, since I turned on Bush the day that the Iraq Museum was looted proving to me that the fools running the war didn’t have a strategy (well, defense expert Cheney to be precise) or even a clue. They were just there to bust things up and throw a temper tantrum. If they didn’t know what were the important resources on which to rebuild Iraqi society based on an understanding of Iraqi culture then the Bushites were worse than the Taliban, much worse. Trump got 12 million more votes in 2020 vs 2016. I doubt that he experienced a net loss of voters in any demographic category. There were also some shenanigans in that election that would act to inflate the vote making it appear the he got a smaller percentage of this or that demographic.

The Democrats cheated in ‘20, yes. But at the same time, Joe Biden did better with certain groups, especially the White Americans. They were turned off by Hillary in ‘16 but they thought Joe was a “normal guy” who will make politics normal again.

They didn’t get Biden out of the way because they were so concerned about the governance of our country; they just wanted to WIN! And they will do anything to do so.
We should all consider Trump beatable until the election. Never be complacent. But have these people touting Kamala forgot her appearances the last four years? She often sounds even more addled than Biden.

George HW Bush was on top of the popularity polls. He had a positive rating of some thing like 95%.
Yet he lost to Clinton.
