NBC News’ town hall with Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden on Monday came under fire for what were described as softball questions and audience that appeared overwhelmingly liberal.
The event was hosted by NBC News anchor Lester Holt and took place in Miami, Florida, on an outdoor veranda at the Pérez Art Museum along Biscayne Bay. NBC said that all of the Miami attendees, which asked Biden questions, were “undecided voters.”
The town hall started with Holt asking the former vice president to react to President Trump’s return to the White House. He asked if Biden was “surprised” by the president COVID-19 diagnosis, whether he thought the medical team was being transparent about his health status, and if he believes Trump “bears responsibility” for contracting the virus.
If you think the Mainstream Media is Liberal, just wait until Shepard Smith starts hosting the NBC Nightly News on Wednesday evening October 7th. Then you will have a Gay Super Liberal every week night.

None of these questions have anything to do with Biden's platform or fitness for office or anything related to the race. It's just "don't you think Trump is a bad person" questions.

It was more like a get-together of friends and family for a baby shower.
The baby, Biden, was not to be touched or looked at or talked at, in any kind of angry tone.

I watched most of it. For the most part, his answers to the questions were rambling and far off point. Lester Holt had to reign him in several times to get him back from detailed stories from his past. At one point, he went back in time to a debate between Bob Dole and Teddy Kennedy about the Americans with Disabilities Act, trying to make a point about not questioning people’s motives. He packed the story with so many unnecessary details about the day and his friends and the architecture of the building that it was getting bizarre before the host tried to bring him back to the point.
At another point, in the middle of an answer, he stopped and looked at the crowd and said something to the effect of “I love those guys, but they are driving me crazy going back and forth...” I assumed he was talking about some people or staff who were moving around in the background and distracting him - but it reminded me of my father in the middle stages of his dementia when he often commented about the activities of the non-existent people (hallucinations) he saw.

Wife had it on. She told me to come quick. I listened to the ‘republican voter-but voted for The Witch in 2016’ ask a question about ‘3 things you propose to bring us together’.
Biden went rambling on for like 4 minutes like you said - a story down memory lane in search of a point. I was shocked after 4 minutes that Lester Holt actually asked Biden ‘But what about what the guy asked?’ - it was such an excellent example of Senile Biden totally lost with no mental focus.
I turned to her and said ‘Don’t EVER tell me I’m taking too long to get to the point.’
And then I got back to Fox and them playing Trump’s White House video clip back from the hospital. Totally cogent. Totally focused. It’s a Night and Day easy comparison.
So back to the criticism from a week ago - yeah - next time Trump should just let Biden speak and the WhackADoodle factor will be obvious to millions. It sure was last night - ON NBC.
