A 19-year-old with Asperger’s syndrome has been placed under house arrest and fined after asking how a transgender police officer identifies.
The incident took place in October while PCSO Connor Freel, a 25-year-old transgender police officer from England, was on duty in Mold, North Wales. 19-year-old Declan Armstrong was with his friends when he noticed Freel and “very loudly” asked: “Is it a boy or a girl?” When Freel looked over, Armstrong repeated his comment, prosecutor Rhian Jackson claimed.

I was asking the same, is it male or female so now it's clear it was born female and is still a female. The only way it changes to a male is when it gets a Y.
When my son was about five, he rather loudly said “Dad, that lady is REALLY FAT.” (She was, too - maybe 300 pounds).
I quietly explained to him that it isn’t polite to say those things out loud about people’s appearance.
About an hour later, we encountered the same obese woman and my son said to me “Look Dad, there’s the lady who is not so skinny.”
My wife and I just broke up laughing.
No human has ever changed from one gender to another.
So, because this officer was somehow triggered by what the kid said the UK prosecutes a handicapped kid as a criminal? It’s the adults here who ought to be locked up. And Ms. Hurt Feelings has no business being a copper.
How long until the penalty for asking a question like that is DEATH?

My thought is, how could the 19 year old in this case differentiate between one nancy boy and any other?
If someone is insulted by being referred to as a male or a female I’ll just refer to the person as “it” or “that”.
Britain’s really gone overboard with thought policing and squashing free speech lately. How long until they start arresting children for name calling? They already arrest people for discussing crimes committed by certain protected and elevated groups.

Perhaps “Mister” Freel chose this career so “he” could power trip against people who didn’t go along with “his” delusion.
Also, remember that people with Asperger’s are on the autism spectrum, and may not be good at picking up on non-verbal cues from other people. So why wouldn’t he ask if he was getting confusing signals?
Gender is a grammatical term. If a male uses female to describe himself, what is that?

Precisely the type of social degeneracy that needs to be changed (as per the other discussion). This cannot be “left alone.”
Ironically, many transgender kids are on the autism spectrum. One study it was over 60%!
