Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez on Thursday defended the committee from intraparty criticisms that it is not taking sufficient steps to counter unsubstantiated attacks by Republicans on former Vice President Joe Biden.
“The DNC in 2020 is running a campaign process to make sure that every single person has an opportunity to demonstrate that they are most qualified to be president, and I don’t believe it would be our role to be airing ads every time there is misinformation,” Perez told C-SPAN’s “Newsmakers.”
“That is up to the campaign,” he continued. “What we are doing forcefully, and what we’ll continue to do forcefully, is to call out misinformation, to make sure that networks aren’t aiding and abetting in the dissemination of misinformation. I think that’s a critically important role.”

Even without the Hunter/Plugs Biden scandal, Tom Perez knows Plugs is a weak, frail, dementia-riddled and senile candidate. Plugs doesn’t have the intelligence, good health nor energy to go 15 rounds with our incredible POTUS. As Trump would say. “He’s dropping like a rock.”
Perez doesn’t have to. MSM is going all in saying he didn’t do something despite a recording of him bragging that he did. Maybe the DNC has doubts about Joe but MSM still think he has the best shot of beating Trump.
