Jeromy Brown, a 46-year-old teacher in Iowa, considers President Trump a white supremacist.
"If the shoe fits, then say it, and the shoe fits him," Brown said, while waiting in a "selfie line" at an Elizabeth Warren rally in August. "Why should he be excused from that label?"
Brown, like many white liberal voters, appreciates that some Democratic presidential candidates have begun explicitly referring to Trump as a white supremacist. His top choice, Warren, told The NPR Politics Podcast in August that "when the white supremacists call Donald Trump one of their own, I tend to believe them."
But she's not alone in using such strong and direct language. Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders has repeatedly referred to Trump as a "racist" on the campaign trail. And former Texas Rep. Beto O'Rourke insists that tackling white supremacy should be the No. 1 law enforcement priority in the country.

Anyone who has ANY degree of opposition to the demographic transformation of the US through massive illegal immigration, is now labeled a "white supremacist".
I was just at Yad Vashem, the Holocaust museum in Jerusalem. The whole story was appalling and horrifying, but what really struck me the most in their excellent exhibit was the way Hitler, a screechy, irrational, raving public speaker who practically had “lunatic” stamped across his forehead, was able in the space of a few years to turn the rather phlegmatic and supposedly law-abiding and civilized German people against this sizable and integrated “minority” group, the Jews. Granted, there had long been anti-Semitic currents in Germany and elsewhere in Europe, and the Germans in particular may have been predisposed to this because Luther was violently anti-Semitic. But it was stunning to to see the building of this hatred from a minority and not very respected idea to something that could take over an entire nation and which rational people were almost immediately afraid to oppose. He built the mob and once he got the mob on his side, everybody else was too terrified to stick their heads out and oppose him. And of course, it was soon clear that the mob was a tool of the government, and all the police powers of the government were used in crushing any thought of opposition. And it happened very quickly.
The thing that is different in the case of the US us that it is the majority that is being demonized and not some relatively small and frequently targeted group. Much of our situation resembles Russia at the rise of Lenin and Stalin, who effectively managed to demonize the average majority Russian population. They did this with a run up of a decade or more of left wing terror, assassinations, threats and the abuse of elections in order to hand the government over to the leading cadre, the Marxist “intellectuals” who had spent most of their lives fulminating in coffee shops (none of them actually worked for a living...they wrote manifestoes and were sort of the equivalent of modern media personalities). They all used “the worker” and their supposed concern for his plight (although things were improving dramatically in Russia before Communism) to enlist the mob and demonize the “bourgeoisie,” that is, the middle class. And then when they had taken over all the powers of government, they purged their former supporters, getting rid of labor unions and more moderate leftists and even the anarchists, and then moved on to targeting the average Russian, Including both educated and even lower middle class Russian urban dwellers and rural peasants who had their own land.
So it is possible to demonize the majority and we shouldn’t think it couldn’t happen here.
The current task of the Democrat leadership, is to ensure that white Democrats never really realize just how much the other factions of the Democrat party hate them and want them dead. At least, until after the election.
I know a lot of white liberals.
They won’t believe the boot will land on their face until it actually makes contact there.
Ideology is not their friend.

Johnathan Haidt did pioneering research on how your personality determines your politics. Being libertarian is correlated to contrariness, the impulse to do the opposite when told to do something. The personality trait love of novelty is directly correlated to political liberalism. And liberals have such total control of society that they’ve raised love of novelty to a VIRTUE.
How does their personality type affect politics? Liberals have two channel morality, fairness and care/harm being the only thing that matters. Respect for authority is oppressive to them. In-group loyalty is cruelly exclusive. And purity/sanctity with regard to sex gets in the way of sexual exploration, though some liberals shifted to purity rules of food instead. (Veganism, clean eating).
What happens when people driven by love of novelty are in systemic power? Let’s bring in as many people from as many places as possible, the more different, the better. And your own culture and people are to be oppressed because they are bad, boring, inferior - and if they defend their culture, they’re stupid and bad beyond belief. Try to convert newcomers to majority culture? You’re oppressing them, taking away what makes them so much better than everyone else.
