Former Secretary of State John Kerry says President Donald Trumps actions on the international stage do not help the United States and show he is not a negotiator.
This is the pull-out, walk-away presidency, and it is not enhancing the interest of the United States of America, Kerry told David Axelrod on The Axe Files, airing on CNN on Saturday at 7 p.m. ET.
This President is not negotiating; he doesnt negotiate. This is a man who claims to be the worlds greatest negotiator. What is he negotiating? Kerry said, citing Trumps decisions to pull troops from Syria and Afghanistan, pull out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership and withdraw from the Paris climate accord.
President Trump has isolated America and taken us backwards in terms of institutions that were structured ever since World War II to bring the world together, Kerry said.
Kerry also slammed Trump declining to endorse the US governments assessment that Russia interfered in the 2016 presidential election, which Trump did during a news conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Helsinki summit last year....

DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM ?
What really hurts JK, is knowing that no one gives a rat’s ass what he thinks about anything and that he’ll always, always be a failure.
He’s not fit to clip Trump’s toenails.
Tell that to our troops in South Korea Kerry. Jeez, what he calls a bug I call a feature!
Those were someone else’s medals, not John ‘Effing Kerry’s.
Kerry did it as a stunt.
You Rang?
Trying to impress his lib friends and gain street cred.
Kerry should have been executed for Treason 45 years ago.
And that’s all I have to say about that.
When a libtard socialis bitches a republican doesnt negotiate, it means he dosnt cave in. Prevents the libtard socialist using the hegelian dialectic of incrementalism.
NOT FONDA KERRY
Immanuel Kant was a real pissant who was very rarely stable
Heidegger, Heidegger was a boozy beggar
who could think you under the table.
David Hume could out consume
Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel,
And Wittgenstein was a beery swine
who was just as sloshed as Schlegel.
There’s nothing Nietzsche couldn’t teach ya
‘bout the raisin’ of the wrist.
Socrates himself was permanently pissed.
John Stuart Mill, of his own free will,
after half a pint of shandy was particularly ill.
Plato, they say, could stick it away,
‘alf a crate of whiskey every day!
Aristotle, Aristotle was a bugger for the bottle,
and Hobbes was fond of his Dram.
And Rene Descartes was a drunken fart:
“I drink, therefore I am.”
Yes, Socrates himself is particularly missed;
A lovely little thinker, but a bugger when he’s pissed.
He didn't fight. He took movies of himself, and got a rice kernel stuck in his ass. That's all the fighting he did...and only for 3 months.
You can take whatever Kerry says and expect that the exact opposite is true
That’s one thing fate and history got 100% correct.
“....He didn’t fight. He took movies of himself, and got a rice kernel stuck in his ass. That’s all the fighting he did...and only for 3 months.....”
LMAO...yeah, I know. I should have added a /S for sarcasm to it....LOL
Got North Korea to the negotiating table, by getting China to sign on to banking sanctions.
Told NATO to pay their own bills.
Got our forces out of Syria and has a plan so it doesn't get worse.
Is not pushing Venezuela or Iran over the edge, since they are going over on their own.
Not set one pallet of cash to anyone to shore up a deal Congress never approved.
By my non-nuanced math, that's pretty good.
“.....structured ever since World War II to bring the world together”
And the world has changed a lot since World War II. Why should security arrangements be frozen in time from 1945? That doesn’t make any sense. I don’t recall anybody voting on “bringing the world together” as such. WTF does that even mean, really? It’s so vague as to be meaningless, which I rather suspect is the point. Because once any sane person gets actual specifics they don’t want any part of it.
It’s always the same boilerplate BS arguments. “Isolationism” is a red herring. Don’t be fooled. It’s always portrayed as “either or” with no in between, there’s no “nuance” when it comes to America’s role in the world, no sir. It has to be either business as usual, or America is “Isolationist” and “Going it Alone” and “That’s not who we are” and all the other wretched inanities they’ve repeated over and over since World War I.
Speaking of - another debacle of epic proportion, in which had the US not gotten involved there perhaps wouldn’t have been all the nonsense still playing out 100 years later. Think about it. No Communist Revolution, Nazi Revolution, World War II, Korea, Viet Nam, Cuban Missile crisis, not to mention mass slaughters in China, Cambodia, etc. What’s the death toll something like 100 million? That’s not counting the wars, that’s just dead people at the hands of their governments.
Yeah, no so instead of “bringing us together” maybe we should think about that. Because you guys really, really suck at that.
Kerry chimes in. A Self described leftist who like most peacefreak leftists ascribe to the Maoist belief that real power comes from the barrel of a gun. Rage politics & tantrum inteligencia are his modus operandi.
