Thought these hearings would be about the nominee for Supreme Court.and the nominee’s involvement into an alledged incident while a minor.
But testimony has been allowed to degrade into a purulent description replete with emotional tugging by Senator Finestein opening statement describing an alledged rape by the accuser (avoiding any reference to; Who while a teen and seems to have been sexually active and practiced consentual sex) allowed the fact the nominee was not even present or involved not to become emphasized.
If this spectacle doesn’t unite and energize the Trump, Bush and Cruz factions of the Republican Party to get out and vote in November nothing will. It’s time to vote first and figure out what we have after.

May I humbly predict that inb all likelihood, unless Judge Kavanaugh creates an unforeseen faux pas at the hearings today, the miserable, unconstitutional excesses beyond “ advize and consent” conduct will cause the GOP to actually gain seats in the Senate and in the house.
We are a fair people and know a totalitarian con job when we see one. Procedural due process does apply when the liberty of any individual is threatened, and the liberty of Judge Kavanaugh, his current position as a judge in Washington , the welfare of he and his family are threatened in that liberty.
Let the Dems do their worst.
Its going to bite them in their collective arse bigly.
If Judge Kavanaugh is not confirmed , America will turn on both parties. People are that fed up.

Secondly it has PISSED women off... Other than a few really really far left kool aid drinkers... not a single woman I have talked to on this topic in the past week or so is buying ANY of this!! They are ANGRY!!!
Even ones that believe the woman’s allegations, see through the attempt to try to take what at worst was a drunken improper interaction by a few teenagers, and trying to turn it into a federal case where the man is a sexual predator.
They are ANGRY, and I don’t mean a little mad.. but flat out ANGRY... LIVID about it... they see this as being damaging to women and victims.... They aren’t buying this at ALL...
The Democrats have, through this fiasco, to paraphrase Admiral Yamamoto, awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with terrible resolve.
The Democrats have through this mess, done nothing more than take what was likely a clear retake of the house in a few weeks, into a situation where they will likely be lucky if they don’t lose seats in the house...
They have just alienated a large portion of another voting bloc they depend on... and probably for a long long time!

This is a DISASTER for the dems.. it was a TRAIN WRECK out of the gate, and they honestly think its a win for them..
Don’t buy into the push polling, astroturfing and gaslighting sure to follow, claiming the public is on their side... they aren’t... The only hope the Dems have of saving face would be for the GOP to cave and not confirm... but as long as Kavanaugh is confirmed, the Dems are heading for a SLAUGHTER now........
They truly are so self deluded that they can’t see the fiasco they just created....
It can’t “cost” them something they would not have had anyway.
This circus act shows they will do ANYTHING, no matter how evil, to make sure the supreme court is not conservative.
A conservative SCOTUS is a setback for them for decades.
If they do not get Kavanaugh in then liberals will do everything they can to win the midterms, including MASSIVE voter fraud.
If they win the midterms, no matter how blatant is the voter fraud, they will not bother to investigate any voter fraud. They will be back in control.
But if Kavanaugh gets in, then court cases can cascade all the way to the top and overturn much more then ROE-v-WADE.
