A House Democrat called on his colleagues Wednesday to "rise up" if Republican senators push forward with Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation without hearing from his sexual assault accuser, Christine Blasey Ford.
"For the men and women of the House of Representatives, we must rise up in disgust and anger and make certain that our voice is clear," Rep. John Garamendi, D-Calif., said during an interview with CNN. "Get the facts out. Give this woman the benefit of the doubt. Don't treat her as so many women have been treated time after time in courtroom after courtroom."
Only the Senate has advise and consent responsibilities under the Constitution, rendering the House powerless to express any concerns over nominees named by the president for certain administration positions.
Instead, Garamendi suggested that he and other House lawmakers march over to the Senate because Kavanaugh's nomination was a "defining moment in the #MeToo movement."(continued)

The DemonRATs are raising the stakes. Please, Republicans, do not blink. Stand your ground. If Ford does not show up for the hearing Monday, vote for confirmation and send the word to the full Senate for the vote.

Most court rooms are run by democrat judges, lawyers, and prosecutors...
They are Liberals-Leftists for whom Reality is a mental construct. They are mission bound to induce everyone else to accept and believe their version of Reality and to kill eventually those who will not. If everyone believes the right Reality then that Reality will be real and Utopia IS. I had this discussion more than once with my old bud who became a professor at UF and with one of his colleagues. Those leftists with some intellectual capacity do actually believe this. I tried to make them see the absurdity of it by suggesting that they had no need to make everyone else believe. It should be sufficient that one convinced liberal believe his own Utopia and then everything else, being part of his Reality and thus HIS mental construct will conform. They do not buy that but they do not try to refute it.
