The always-on Trump campaign tested its new slogan Thursday night at another one of its loopy rallies. The mostly filled Ford Center in Evansville, Ind., seemed pleased.
President Trump asked: You ever hear this before: Make America Great Again?
They had.
You know our new slogan that we will be switching to because we are ahead of schedule to make America great again? Its called Keep America Great! The fair-skinned figures in candy-colored T-shirts and dark sports coats the gung-ho crowd unfailingly known as Trumps base cheered again.
Oh, the inanity. Ahead of schedule? Sure, bud. No wall built. No Clinton jailed. Your inner circle en route to the supermax.
Reporters in the room seemed to roll their eyes and shake their heads. Who would cheer for this?
Paula Reid said on CBS, People here believe the president has kept many of the promises he made on the campaign trail. She spoke in a will-wonders-never-cease tone.
Such is the straitened stagecraft of the event. The base says something loony tunes like that Trump has kept his promises and the media, without correcting anything, reports on the misperception with a note of defeated irony....

I paid dearly to attend President Trump’s rally’s. My ‘front hole’ of a wife hated the fact that I wasTrump supporter so much that we are no longer married.
To all the cucks out there, a matriarchy naturally despises the males that they have dominated and will look for men outside of their own society.
Seriously????????
My wife, a former liberal and hippie, is a stronger supporter of Trump than I am. Even my first wife supports him, to my amazement.
I am sorry to read that.
Actually, some things are more important than a marriage.
Many people today and a very large group of women are incapable of maintaining a broad array of friends and peers. They see everyone as an advocate or an enemy. Truth be told, healthy thinking requires a varying point of view on all matters. Not to react to them but to engage critical thinking. Lazy.

Another Partisan Media Shill projects onto millions of people with sense, while exhibiting zero herself. Thanks 2ndDivisionVet.
The amazing thing is that the MSM can't write a headline or an opening sentence about Trump without giving away their game and demonstrating that they are #fakenews.
The always on #neverTrump campaign could not even take a break to mourn a former war hero, patriot, and renown statesman [I'm talking McCain here if no one can figure it out]. Instead they used the attention they got to bash Trump. Now, you see, what you are supposed to do in the face of this always on effort to degrade Trump is to follow the lead of Bush Kerry and that crowd. One should show civility by shutting up and rising above it all.
Fight back when assaulted? That's uncivil. It's deplorable.
Sounds vaguely dog-whistley sexist... ;-)
The LA TIMES.
I could program AI Bots to put out streams of anti-Trump phlegm and reduce their reporter payroll to zero.
The "permanent campaign" idea was invented by Bill Clinton, James Carville, and George Stephanopoulos.
They didn't think it would be used by our side.
The reason McCain is lauded is because he is Anti-Tea Party, Anti-Trump, and in extension, Pro-socialism. That allows them to bash Trump more than actually laud McCain, who frankly was given the Trump Treatment during the 2008 general election.
Why would they? GOP "leadership" is well-rewarded for recognizing the inevitable and selling out the party. For the few it has been extremely lucrative. And Trump ruined it all.
Am I the only one who caught this attempt to denigrate people?
Why is that the Democrats / Media are always looking at a persons skin color?
Why is that, to them, any man with fair skin is not allowed to have a voice?
So can I come to you as a partner if I ever dream up a brilliant application?
Actually, some things are more important than a marriage.

Yes indeed. Let the dead bury the dead.
I was close to getting rid of the bad wife in the Reagan era but she was satisfied to just try to torment me. Eventually she gave up and left.
AI Bots are very sophisticated and quite difficult to discern from a real human where there is no interaction.
So yes, boilerplate tasks for AI bots that perform tasks with a ‘humanization’ routine, routines that scramble the template around with correct grammar, exist now.
Think of computer music. A drum routine can be ‘humanized’ because a computer drum line sounds too synthetic.
Same can be done for a 5-paragraph hit piece on a politician.
I caught it right out of the gate and stopped reading.
