In the simplest and potentially most effective clapback tweet of all time, Hillary Clinton blasted Trump for his Putin presser in Helsinki with four simple words: "well, now we know." The tweet was a followup to one she had posted about Trump the day before his trip to the summit, saying, "Great World Cup. Question for President Trump as he meets Putin: Do you know which team you play for?"
Clinton's response to her own tweet (that we all now "know" which team Trump plays for) was a clearly barbed acknowledgement of Trump's now infamous behavior at the summit, in which he defended Putin's innocence over the findings of his own Intelligence Community, regarding Russian interference in the 2016 election.
During a joint press conference at the end of their meeting, Trump was asked whether he believed the findings of his own intelligence agencies; just last week, Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered an indictment of 12 Russian nationals for their "sustained efforts" in hacking into the email networks of Democrats.

Trump should’ve brought Putin a gift: a box with a reset button inside. I’m sure Putin would have been surprised and had a very hearty laugh.
I’m seeing more and more that a lot of what Trump says is mere “art of the deal” stuff, not to be taken as what he really believes and knows. What I think he’s doing is throwing Putin off balance. If you examine his words carefully there is usually lots of room for alternative meanings and interpretation. The last thing he wants to do is reveal his true hand to this very clever, dangerous foe.

There is no way in hell that the Russians would have (genuinely) preferred a strong-on-defense Trump/Pence admin over a pathetically weak on defense democrat one. That plus they significantly attempted to help build the Russians’s hand with their treasonous dealings, including Hillary’s Uranium One deal and Obama’s missile defense and nuke “flexibility”.
I was referring to his seemingly flattering remarks. Because he has already sharply criticized Putin on several impportant fronts.

Yep. If Trump’s HHS cured cancer, the mainstream enemedia would claim that he was putting doctors, lab workers and so on out of work.
Dunno yet, as there is no evidence as of yet that Trump colluded or that Russia actually changed votes or even cause people to change their votes to Trump.
