Gov. John Hickenlooper is talking about the Trump administration for the first time since the presidents inauguration.
There is a sense that its one thing after another after another after another that are so unorthodox and so startling in a way, Hickenlooper said.
But the governor urged Coloradans to be open-minded.
We owe him the benefit of the doubt. He is the president of the United States, he said.
In the same breath, the governor admitted Trump wasnt making it easy.
The apparent disregard for the truth and facts the really accelerated pace by which decisions are being made by a very small number people. Weve had appointments to higher office of people that generally dont have any experience in those fields. Its almost like the president and his senior staff are trying to be disruptive, are trying to stir things up.
Hickenlooper says hes worried people will become desensitized by the level of provocation....

Here’s me eloquent message to Coloradans who have a problem with Trump
#### my ####.
Open mindedness is a hallmark of stoner behavior.

WHO’S trying to stir things up?
Under budget and Ahead of Schedule
The Trump Way!
I apologize for our rambling, babbling Hickenloopy. His olive branch was stuck up his rear-end only minutes before. Been here since the glory days of Reagan, trying to resist the Californication. He doesn’t speak for majority of Coloradoans outside of Denver and Boulder if you look at the county breakdowns. Sadly that sanctuary mega-magnet want’s cradle to grave care and votes as such.
And this is the left’s rising star? Hrrmph; no wonder the left is fading fast.
I think the left calls that a micro aggression or maybe passive aggressive. I get them mixed up but he’s got that back-handed compliment down either way.
I was born in Denver but was adopted after three months, so I’ve never lived there, though I went to training there quite often between 1988 and 2000.
Trump likes trains.
Nothing excites chickenlooper’s Jesuit Marxbank cronies like trains - and infrastructure paid for with other people’s money.
Too bad he’s not open minded about the Second Amendment.
Californians ruined Colorado and New Yorkers ruined North Carolina!
And Californians are moving here to Texas in droves to ruin this place, too.
He’s trying to prevent the Democrat Party from immolating itself in a glorious blaze of kookdom.
He is trying to prevent the burning of Colorado since we have a massive population of illegals and snowflakes.
Yep, those closed Democrat minds do need jawboning and browbeating. Quite the provincial, invincibly ignorant bunch of knuckle-draggers they are.

Man accused of killing Colorado transit officer reportedly self-described ‘radical Muslim’
Published February 02, 2017 FoxNews.com
A makeshift memorial put up by Denver Police is affixed to a pole early Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, near the scene where a contract transit security officer was shot and killed late Tuesday, Jan. 31 in Denver.
Investigators in Colorado said Wednesday the murder of a transit officer was a targeted attack.
Sources told Fox 31 Denver that Joshua Cummings, who is accused of killing Scott Van Lanken in front of two women, describes himself as a radical Muslim. Law enforcement sources also told the station that police found jihadist materials inside a backpack at the time of his arrest.
The 37-year-old Cummings was arrested Tuesday night after the shooting near Union Station. Security camera footage helped track down the man.
Van Lanken, of Loveland, was armed and wearing a dark blue uniform similar to those worn by police at the time of his death. In case he was targeted because he was believed to be a police officer, police Chief Robert White said officers have been warned to remain vigilant.
According to police, Von Lanken was trying to help two women who were afraid they had missed the last light rail train when one of them said she saw a man with a swollen face and “weird looking eyes” walk up to the officer and say something to the effect of “Do what you are told” before she heard a gunshot. He ran away but police found Cummings hiding on the patio of a nearby loft apartment building with a 9mm handgun.
