The benefit is two-fold:
1 - energize his voters through fear that they must get out and overcome the fraud

His poll numbers are on the increase because these polls need to be accurate in the end. It will be hard to explain the huge leap in the poll numbers the last week if they do not start easing that way now. They have propped her up as much as they can.

they are using D+ turnout of 2012 in polling - not going to happen! they turnout for Obama but not for her - Trump has the turnout factor this cycle

No, the polls want to maintain credibility, so I suspect that they have done all they can for her and have changed their sample population to one more in tune with the current electorate. I don’t expect to see any more polls out of AZ with a +37 Dem oversample anymore.

Just the expected tightening of the polls given some of the ridiculous sampling that was used to this point. The polling companies have done what they can for Hillary, now they have to regain some shred of credibility.
