Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton seems like she is doing just enough to keep her rival, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, at bay in the primary results.
After Super Tuesday, the former Secretary of State won in seven states, as opposed to Sanders' four. It was far from close in most states where Clinton, 68, has won, except Massachusetts, where she escaped with a 50-49 victory over the senator....

Obama can pardon Hillary Clinton at any time, but her acceptance of the pardon requires her to also acknowledge guilt for the felonies being pardoned. A pardoned national security felon is arguably ineligible to serve as POTUS.
I wonder if she’d still get Secret Service Protection in prison?
Would they stand guard outside her cell while Hillary “breaks in” the new female prisoners?
He can pardon “offenses against the US” federal crimes IOW, except in cases of impeachment.
Nice analysis and interesting question. Yeah, I suppose he could pardon himself, unless articles of impeachment were served on him. It would be like chess in the final moves, I suppose.

Nothing is coming down until Herself has amassed a majority of the delegates. Then, and only then, will she be indicted. And her delegates ad the convention will be asked to get behind ol' Joe. He'll never need to appear on a ballot.
Herself will agree to step down because she (and Bill) will be promised a pardon, to be delivered on Obama's last day in office. Thus, there will no trial, no discovery. Nobody will go to jail...and the Clintons keep the ill-gotten gains in their "foundation".
There will also be a mutual promise to keep one's lips sealed about various and sundry corruptions.
Ol' Joe loses to the Republican candidate, of course (presuming the GOP doesn't find a way to lose). But Obama remains in control o the Democrat party, rather than ceding it to a Clinton. And that is the real prize in this game.

I think O and the dems live in a completely different reality....Twilight Zone. They think they’re wonderful and have “fundamentally transformed” this country for the better. In fact, if O could run again, I think he’d win or at least it would be close. That’s how far we’ve devolved.

Even if indicted, she does not have to quit. If she wins the nomination and election, nothing prevents her from pardoning herself.

My theory is this: Obama was a “first” and he will not ever allow another “first” to come behind him. Especially Hillary. He knows how conniving and ambitious she is and she has publicly stated she was going to tweak some of his prize “accomplishments” /s/
He will never allow her to become prez under any circumstances.
I would love to be the beneficiary on her life insurance policies but I would not fly anywhere on the same plane she is on.

Hillary will be indicted and replaced as the dem candidate IF Trump is the repub nominee.
Hillary would be toast up against Trump...too much baggage and Trump will gleefully air all that dirty linen if he needs to :-)
With Hillary as the candidate facing Trump it would be a Mexican standoff with the dems unable to air Trump’s dirty linen lest he return the favor for Hillary...lol It would have to be a clean campaign about the actual issues...and that’s a campaign the dems cannot win.
