Marco Rubio's troubled 2016 presidential campaigned has devolved into an all-out civil war with some major donors saying he should drop out of the race immediately, and his paid staff urging him to stay the course, the FOX Business Network has learned.
The infighting has been percolating for days, people with direct knowledge of the matter say; The battle however began picking up steam after Tuesday night's poor showing by the candidate, who failed to win a single state or a single delegate in the Michigan, Mississippi, Idaho and Hawaii contests.
With that, some major donors Wednesday began to urge Rubio to drop out of the race before next Tuesday's all-important primaries in Florida and Ohio. Recent internal polls show the U.S. senator from Florida losing his home state by a wide margin to businessman and GOP front runner Donald Trump.
Likewise, recent polls show that Rubio is failing to attract enough votes to place even among the top three candidates in Ohio, where its governor, John Kasich, is looking to upset Trump....

Early voting has already started in Florida.
If Rubio drops out now, the people who already voted for him will probably be pissed.
Top of the world, ma!
Yes. But I really don’t think he’ll quit because his job has now been transformed to be a GOPe convention spoiler that keeps Cruz down while Cruz keeps Trump from hitting the magic number before the convention.
Further, it’s clear to see that he’s not going to win his Senatorship (I don’t think he’s even gonna run). Additionally, he probably wouldn’t even make to Florida’s Governor. So what’s left? Some position in a GOPe Convention Dark Horse’s theft of the nomination future administration? VP? Who knows? But I’m thinking they’ll have to physically pry his fingers off his candidacy and he STILL won’t suspend his campaign.
Just my two cents.
The Photo That Says It All
“His paid staff urging him to stay the course.”
Ya think?
Polls consistently say that one-on-one, Cruz beats Trump something like 55-45.
But if Kasich and Cruz stay in through next Tuesday, Trump will be almost impossible to catch after winning all of the delegates from Ohio and Florida. All because of the egos of two men who already know that they cannot win.
If Trump is the nominee, I will get behind him, but a lot of others won’t, and we will be faced with President Hillary snuffing out the last bit of freedom that Obama didn’t get to.
I just read that Rubio is dropping out....according to Fox news..... BUT... I read that on Info Wars...for what it’s worth...
They want to get a few more pay checks.
There he is with his allies!
Didn’t you get the memo about Hillary losing the FBI lottery? She won’t make it to the convention before the entire mess comes out. Subpoenas are scheduled to be issued by a federal judge for Judicial Watch starting in May. The FBI won’t want to play follow the leader now that they own Pagliano and Guccifer’s transfer to the US has been approved by a Romanian court.
So far the media hasn’t covered the corruption in office involving her pay-to-play scheme/bribery and tax evasion.
Remember, the FBI investigation was disclosed long ago as two pronged. The mishandled classified emails have distracted the media and blinded them to the upcoming corruption charges.
If Hillary’s aggravated about questions of indictment now, it’s only going to get worse. She’s dead meat.
Team Cruz to immediately announce the Rubio is dropping out this weekend.
The parallels are uncanny.
Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss.
And this bunch betrays us with a big smile.
Trying to be objective about this Id say Rubio should drop out. Endorse Trump. He has no future otherwise.
You misspelled Cruz.
LOL...OK
“his paid staff urging him to stay the course”
If he quit, the paychecks stop

This needs repeated often and loudly by Cruz supporters.
