Marco Rubio is adding another name to his growing list of Senate endorsements with the backing of Tennessee Sen. Lamar Alexander.
Alexander said Rubio would be a "strong and effective president" and touted the Florida senator as "the conservative candidate who can inspire us, win the election and lead our country."
"The stakes are high. If our nominee does not win, Hillary Clinton's justices will control the Supreme Court for 30 years and we'll be stuck with Obamacare forever," Alexander said.
Alexander said he had "watched Marco up close" in the Senate and touted his work on a handful of legislative issues.
"I have seen him take the lead in passing new laws to impose tough new sanctions on Hezbollah terrorists, and to get rid of incompetent managers who weren't doing their jobs to help veterans. He has proposed good new ideas for giving students more options for college," he said....

Watch for a throng of government types to suddenly rush to endorse Rubio. The GOVERNMENT doesn’t like Cruz and are scared of Trump. They’ll be getting a phone call to line up any day now.
The people with no guts or no brains are endorsing Rubio.

I can't stand either one of them -- but Corker has done the most damage, with his pushing through the Iran deal, giving treaty status to a unilateral Obama concession. Now we will be targeted by Iranian ballistic nukes.

Amnesty cost Rubio a whole lot more than he would have expected when he plotted to betray America. Thank God he showed his true colors before it would have been costly.
If Alexander closely watched Rubio in the Senate, he’s the only one. The only one absent more often than Rubio is Obama.
Cruz = outsider
Rubio = establishment insider
Trump = outsider
If Cruz drops out, his votes go to Trump with the exception of a handful of TDS sufferers.

Well stated. Christie’s was a big deal, Session’s was a GAME CHANGER. Even among people that are posting here today, Cruz lost a number of them. That one has to sting, and STING BIG.
