A FaceBook page using the name of Prepare to Take America Back, has recently released documents detailing the U.S. citizen’s constitutional rights to remove any tyrannical government. The eleven page document has been drafted and signed by attorney Richard Sharp. Sharp is an attorney in the state of Missouri, with a passion for upholding the law. In the documents released today, September 4th, 2013, Sharp pulls no punches when addressing concerns of today’s leadership in America….or lack there of.
“It is we…. the people…..with one voice, with one common goal, with many hearts united into one beating heart for a Republic, fire this document into the heart of tyranny. We are no longer preparing to take American back, we are now in the process of taking it back, and reclaiming what is rightfully ours.”
Prepare to Take America Back is an informative page on the people’s rights, and has been working diligently to empower the people to stand for themselves as well as others in the face of tyranny. The page was started in 2011, and in April of 2013, the page followers were around fifty thousand. By June of this year, they had more than doubled their numbers with their messages of liberty and constitutional rights. Has Prepare followed through with their promise of solutions? Only the people’s use of the information can decide.
Pffft, this is all we need:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.—That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, —That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

The Sovereign Citizen movement is a bunch of whack jobs that put the freedom cart before the responsibility horse when it comes to the order of doing things. They make a mighty fine target for the control freaks who want to use them to brand us libertarian and/or conservatives as whack jobs by association.
He’s ONLY a U. S. Citizen; they will Rule he has “No Standing”, as always.....

That is the long and short of it, isn't it? We're long past the time when the government oligarchy paid heed to written laws.
Government has ceased to be reason, and has now become force (if ever it was anything else). It only understands and responds to that which it is.

I think so. They write the laws, enforce the laws and ignore the laws at will and do so in the face of overwhelming opposition from the people. They control all aspects of that game now which makes them the law not the Constitution or the statutes made under it. No one wins the shell game unless the hustler allows them to.
