Sarah Palin reared her head in American airspace this weekend.
As the country’s media, entertainment and political elite gathered in Washington, D.C., for the annual roast that is the White House Correspondents Dinner, Palin could not resist lobbing darts from afar.
“Yuk it up media and pols,” she tweeted. “While America is buried in taxes and a fight for our rights, the permanent political class in DC dresses up and has a prom to make fun of themselves. No need for that, we get the real joke.”
She panned the event again in a second tweet: “That #WHCD was pathetic. The rest of America is out there working our asses off while these DC assclowns thrown themselves a #nerdprom.”
Palin can take any position she wants on the wisdom of “media and pols” yukking it up on their night off. (I thought the president was pretty funny, especially his joke about not being “the strapping young Muslim socialist that I used to be.” Palin, who once charmed the country with her joke about hockey moms and pitbulls, now seems oblivious to the power of the self-deprecating joke.)
Still, she is not the only critic of the annual event; plenty of people think the evening is proof that Washington’s watchdogs are too cozy with its power players. (And maybe it’s only of minor interest that her own daughter, Bristol, was a dinner guest in 2011, when the economy was in far worse shape than it is now.)
But when it comes to evaluating the work habits of others, Palin has forfeited the moral high ground....

"Vulgar" defines this administration start to finish. "Vulgar" defines anyone who voted for, supports, or defends this administration (or 99% of the US Senate).
She’s so irrelevant the LA Times keeps writing about her.

All of a sudden pro baby killers and pro same sex marriage - are so pure they see vulgar where it isn’t.
Sarah Palin hasn’t golfed as much as Obama and the leftwing L.A. times are making an issue of her work habits.
She doesn’t strike me as the type to use any kind of profanity at all in Tweets. I’m thinking someone hacked her Twitter, with the plan to make believable Tweets.
Good point, Sarah. We know which side the Slimes' bread is buttered, so don't hold your breath about the release of the Khalidi tape. It's obviously going to be embarrassing to the Anointed One when and if it's released. A lot more embarrassing than this weak article is to Palin.
I think that the laSLIMES has a different definition of vulgar than most of the US.
They seem to think it means “not a member of the self appointed elite”.
Im more interested to find out if the LA Times is still relevant..oh and I have another question for the Slimes..if Sarah Palin is SO irrelevant as they say..how come they are talking about her tweet..I mean after all, if she is so irrelevant who the hell cares what she tweets about right..yet they have a poll question about her asking if she is irrelevant..LOL..somewhere Sarah Palin is having a good laugh at the ass clowns at the LA Slimes

That would probably qualify as "vulgar" for a lot of older Americans. Just because you like her doesn't mean your mom or dad or English teacher would have approved.
“Vulger” is what spews from the bottom-feeding parasites that worship Obama and other anti-American leftists.
