Former Republican star and Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and FOX news ended their partnership on Friday after three years, a source close to Palin told the Real Clear Politics Web site, the Morning Joe panel discussed Palins exit on Monday morning.
Sarah Palin represented a time and place in American politics and not 2008 so much as 2010. And that time is passing us very quickly. Party leaders are finally understanding that, Joe Scarborough told the panel.
Palin last appeared on Fox on December 19, 2012 when she spoke with the channels Greta Van Susteren about Benghazi and the two discussed TIMEs Person of the Year.
Scarborough called the move important because FOX News president Roger Ailes has been the de facto head of the GOP.
Hes run the party; hes run the conservative movement. And when Roger Ailes decides shes not worth the trouble, it means conservatism is moving in a new direction, Scarborough said...

The GOPe has finally made FOX fix another "problem".
Scarborough represents nothing (except Obama).
I don’t watch TV, so have to ask is that the Babblin’ Joe Show I’ve heard mention?
The GOP stooges can just keep telling themselves that about Sarah Ping!
Sarah's ping list is on a roll tonight.
Party leaders are at opposition to conservatism and conservatives. I should say BOTH party’s leaders are at war with Palin and all conservatives, yet it is ONLY the conservatives that are political adults.
“Have a penny, don’t spend two. Keep government small and effective. Leave the people with more of their freedom and money.”
To those who want to rule people through government, this is a threatening statement.
Hes run the party; hes run the conservative movement. And when Roger Ailes decides shes not worth the trouble, it means conservatism is moving in a new direction, Scarborough said...
Uh oh. If Scarborough says she is through then she is through.
All true conservatives hang on every word Joe says.
Please note the several uses of the word “hang”.
No Joe, you dumbass; Roger got pissed because Palin ran her reality TV program on another channel.
Scarborough’s a hollow loudmouth - on the National Review summit panel he participated on this the weekend, he constantly talked over other panelists with much more to contribute like John Podhoretz and Bill Kristol - to last on MSNBC he’s got to be a mealy-mouthed bore......
What is passing is only Prolog—the first act is about to start. The orchestra is tuning up and the play will start soon. Is it a Tragedy or a Comedy —only time will tell. one of the main players is Sarah Palin, but others will join her, Rubio, Rand Paul, and Paul Ryan. There will be comedy relief in the form of Donald Trump, and a great monolog by George Bush. There will be action in the streets, and yes, some will lose their lives, but in the end the nation will recover and enter a new period of freedom. America’s best days are yet to come—her true greatness will come when faced with her greatest challenges. Like England fighting alone in the Battle of Britain, we will rise with a new patriotism and a renewed sense of mission. The days to come will be filled with new glories, and the world will wonder and be amazed at the land that will come out of this conflict.
The GOP and the Soros flying monkeys are in for a huge surprise.
The demise of the Tea Party and the growing Conservative movement have been greatly exaggerated.
I caught Scarborough a couple weeks ago... he’s off the deep end. Pretends to understand what is happening in middle America. Thinks the path to GOP power is thru some mealy-mouthed acquiescence to moderation, on gays, immigration, ad nauseum.
Joe- your time is passed. You never were a true blood Conservative. You don’t recognize it; you don’t represent us.
Stop pretending to speak for us, or interpret for the Beltway and Urban America.
Sarah Palin will have a much greater effect than you ever will. She isn’t done yet. You nearly are.
Michael Barone’s column yesterday puts the babblings of those termagants on MSNBC in perspective.
They believe they can spin and wish us away.
Better pack a lunch...
I think slimy Joe is just pissed that Sarah Palin didn’t find a dead intern in her office
When Scarborough sees Sarah Palin, he sees the past.
When exit82 sees Sarah Palin, he sees the future.

Right. Right. She’s a has-been. So tell us then, Joe ,why it is that her endorsements are Gold Standard? Do you realize Joe, that her endorsement of Deb Fischer was a simple post on her Facebook page, which brought Fischer from a long way last to first - up and over two guys who spent millions in a primary yet they and all their infrastructure and party backing lost out - to a Facebook post??!!! Her endorsement of Richard Mourdock in the Indiana Primary forced the Indiana GOP, The RNC and all the other Super PACs to PULL THIER ADS when she endorsed him - after they’d committed to a full throated backing for Lugar. Ted Cruz in Texas stated that once the endorsement for him came from Sarah Palin, he said the phone didn’t stop ringing for over a week - all calls being donations to his campaign, causing Ted to remark that in his time in politics he’d never seen an effect like that. Ever.
Tell you what, Joe. You and all the other liberal idiots keep telling yourselves that Sarah Palin is no longer relevant. Yeah...you keep doin that :)
***** “They believe they can spin and wish us away.
Better pack a lunch...” *****
Nicely done... applause
TT
It has never been more clear.
The role that Joe Scarborough is playing has been seen before.
Joe Scarborough is the new "Lord Haw Haw".
His mission is to demoralize the troops and patriotic citizens, and the agenda of the masters that he serves is just as ugly as that of his role model.
