If Romney wins, — which of course would be a happy change from Obama, — the GOP will take it as an object lesson that centrism (defined as socially liberal fiscally restrained opportunism) wins generally. Expect more queers come out of the woodwork and be enthusiastically supported by the GOP.

Im on board with most stuff posted here but, the anti-gay stuff is really over the top, don't you think? Did you ever stop to consider that there are freaky people in any large group? Somewhere between 5-10% of the population is probably gay or at least bisexual. Ironically, it would probably be lower than that but, a certain segment of the people are gay simply because they enjoy annoying the hell out of people like you.

My advice is to vote against gay marriage and tone down your over-the-top warnings. I'm as heterosexual and as conservative as you, but, I also have both lesbian and gay friends. And even though they are mostly liberal and we debate constantly over their political naivete, I consider them all to be good people. You can be nice...really you can.

Look, I understand social conservatives we need to work with people who agree with us on national defense issues or fiscal issues.

Please try to understand that, from our perspective, homosexuality really **IS** a threat to civilization.
