Newt Gingrich is the only one of the four remaining GOP presidential candidates who has the proven track record to take on the nations most pressing problems, Rep. David Rivera of Florida says.
Rivera made his endorsement comments during the former House speakers Latin American foreign policy speech at Florida International University in Miami.

Yeah, and he’s also not a creepy Bishop in the Mormon Cult.
Oh, it’s worse. Milt is a High Priest in LDS inc religion, a Melchizadek high priest don’tchaknow.
Great news! Newt’s address to this Hispanic group was excellent and appeared to be very well received. He talked about opportunity and achievement, the need for us to be one country (and his words about requiring English were well-received - Latinos are ambitious, and nobody wants their kids left as second-class citizens because the schools haven’t taught them to speak the country’s language) and also addressed our miserable Latin American policy.
He said it was scandalous that we were just standing by while China was setting up trade and commercial deals with Latin American countries and getting their business (and their oil). He also criticized our policy of just shrugging helplessly while leftists allied with our worst enemies (Iran) take over and destroy places like Venezuela.
As always, he had some practical suggestions and genuine plans.
(And he wasn’t trying to pretend he was a Mexican, as Romney is apparently trying to do now!)
