Of all the complaints about Sarah Palin and her bus tour, this ones easily the strangest. CBS reports that the media has begun to grumble that Palins decision to keep them out of the loop on the tours stops have created a dangerous working environment for reporters: Since Palin and her team wont share where the potential candidate is headed, reporters and producers have little choice but to simply stay close to Palins bus. This has resulted in scenes of the Palin bus tooling down the highway followed by a caravan of 10 or 15 vehicles including a massive CNN bus all trying to make sure they dont lose sight of the Palin bus.
It adds up to a dangerous situation, says CBS News Producer Ryan Corsaro.
I just hope to God that one of these young producers with a camera whose bosses are making them follow Sarah Palin as a potential Republican candidate dont get in a car crash, because this is dangerous, he said.
Corsaro asked a member of Palins team if he thought it was dangerous to have reporters forced to chase her from stop to stop. Youre the ones that are trailing us, he replied.
Heres your first option: stop chasing her. If it truly presents a danger to journalists to drive behind the bus and attempt to keep up, then dont bother doing it. Palin probably wont provide much breaking news on this bus tour anyway. The only reason the medias chasing her is because shes good for their ratings and page views.
But is it really that difficult to follow a caravan on the highway? Unless the Palin bus is driving at warp speed, the answer is pretty obviously no. The most dangerous aspect of following a bus of that size is to keep from getting so anxious that you pass it without checking the lane change first unless the journalists in question dont know how to drive on a highway at all, which wouldnt be Palins fault anyway.
This sounds like a whiny, pouting response to Palins decision not to cooperate with the media. That decision is certainly debatable, but not on the basis of public safety. And frankly, on the basis of sheer entertainment value, the decisions looking brilliant at the moment.
Oh.my.gawwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwd!ROFL! Isn’t it hilarious? These dregs having to follow her around like a puppy just so they can find something to smear her with. It’s just too freaking hilarious! I bet she’s having a great time!
The danger comes from them, not from Sarah.
Why do the news hounds have to follow Sarah 24/7?
Sarah is a private citizen, just traveling where she wants to go.
If Sarah wants to make any announcements, she will do so.
These reporters are being like the papparazzi (sp?) who follow celebrities around. It’s their choice and their decision that they want to follow her around. Sarah has no control over the MSM, or the news hounds deciding that she must be followed in case anything happens.
And it was Princess Diana’s fault that the papparazzi chased her to death.
Add this nonsense to yesterday’s moonbat article about SP endangering her young child by allowing her on a motorcycle...
Hope SP’s people are keeping all these ready to roll back over these idiots in campaign commercials. I am SOOOOOO looking forward to her devouring the MSM/left during campaign season ;)
I think we should try to caravan with her and block them even more...find out what state she is in and have Tea Partiers or Freepers follow her around the areas.
I guess that between the article decrying Todd teaching his 10 year old daughter something dangerous (riding on the back of a motorcycle) and this lament it is obvious that when j-school students graduate they take a vow to be real pu$$ies.
Love the media. They blame her for freaking everything, including the things they are choosing to do.
Media sissies complainin’ about safety? How about this: STOP THE STALKING!
She should leave in the middle of the night and leave them wondering where she will be next. Fuggem. They are following her for no other reason that to write venomous garbage about her.
They can all DIAF as far as I am concerned.
Their motive: to catch her in a moment to discredit her.
“This sounds like a whiny, pouting response to Palins decision not to cooperate with the media.”

Bunch of crybabies....They are just pissed that they can’t
tie her in a chair and throw darts at her.
The MSM's collective heads would explodes, and, to quote Martha Stewart, "That's a Good Thing (TM)."
Mark
She already has 16 vehicles following her loaded with manure...
I really hope that someone on her bus had the sense to video the line of stalkers behind her going up the highway...
I just had another thought. Picture this commercial...
Commercial begins with a voiceover of how some are meant to lead (camera goes to Palin)...
Voiceover continues...
...and others were meant to follow...
(Camera goes to the line of MSM vehicles following her with labels for each news agency on each car)
Of course FOX might be the only one that would run it ;)
ROFLOL...go on with your bad self, Sarah! I wonder if Piper is keeping count of the vehicles trailing behind, LOL. What a bunch of whiney self-important ninnies. Where’s the joy of the hunt, reporters? C’mon!
What a great idea! Dang if she comes through Texas, anybody game?
What kind of RV are they traveling in?
