The cost estimates are low by between 10 and 25%, and as for "free care," [read: expensive for those who actually pay, like most thievery] that has been merely shifted from people whose bills were once paid by other hospital patrons to taxpayers -- in other words, only the collection agency for "free care" is different, the people actually paying are the same people as before.

I will never forget when he first started running for President and they showed a picture of his wife with her horse. I myself have done dressage, jumping; etc; but that’s not the point. The point is he and his wife do not understand America. It was like a smack in the face to Americans. Like they were saying we are your betters and don’t you forget it; even though I think they were probably thinking we are showing them what class is. Strange as it may sound; I have never liked him after that. I didn’t know who he was and didn’t know he was as rich as he is; but it was such a show of rudeness; I could never vote for him. I will say it was a nice picture but spoke volumes as to the disconnect the elitists have. They just don’t think they are human beings.

want Romney, then if the GOP takes him, we
will not vote for him, but work against him AND the GOP.
The only way to stop this is for the non-Rinos to align behind one of the other candidates early. I’m not saying who, but we need to focus very hard on the earliest debates, pick one person, and support him or her. Otherwise we are going to get Romney as Mr. Next-in-line, and as you point out that is going to be very bad.
