Assemblyman Chuck DeVore is running last in the polls, but he figures there's a way he might actually eke out a victory in Tuesday's GOP Senate primary.
"I think it all comes down to turnout," DeVore told reporters during a conference call this afternoon.
And if turnout is low, as expected, DeVore said it could help him because his supporters are passionate.

As much as I like Chuck Devore, he doesn't stand a chance. According to the polls, Fiorina stands a pretty good chance to beat Babs. I wouldn't vote for Campbell if you paid me.
