Businessman Bruce O'Donoghue has added his name to the growing GOP primary to face off against Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.).
O'Donoghue had to wrap up some business matters before he could officially enter the race. On Monday, he jumped into the race with developer Armando Gutierrez, state Rep. Kurt Kelly and radio host Todd Long.
Over the past year, politicians in Washington have managed to jeopardize the futures of both our parents and our children," O'Donoghue said. "We cannot afford to allow this trend to continue unchecked. In the coming months, I look forward to having a conversation with voters about changing Washington's priorities."

I don’t know whether this is a great development or not. Input from Florida Freepers would be welcome.
isn’t grayson that loudmouth jerk who keeps making outrageous slanderous statements against Republicans and Conservatives?
We’ve gone from not enough viable candidates to too many in less than a month. Still, none of them are truly top-tier (even Kelly, the state rep, is not really first-tier because he’s from Ocala and represents a very small part of the CD).
May the best candidate win.
That’s the guy.
Heyyyy... not so fast. Greyson and Biden are about the only comic relief we have coming out of Washington these days.
He is odious. I have ordered the man’s college thesis on aging. I have looked into a non-profit Alliance for Aging Research he started it and worked there for a while.
I don’t know enough about corporations and non-profits to know if there is something wrong.
I do know a huge portion of his campaign funds come from Unions and the Daily Kos loves the man. He blogs there once and a while.
I hope someone sets up a money bomb for him....I’ll donate.
Indeed he is.
