The Tusk has mentioned his prospects in this race before, but now it looks like it's all over for Senate Democrat Leader, Harry Reid of Nevada. Polls are consistently showing him lagging behind his two potential competitors, Sue Lowden and Danny Tarkanian. But the surest factor indicating his assured retirement is this: Though respondents can't decide whom they want to win the Republican primary, they're certain they don't support Reid, the Senate majority leader seeking his fifth consecutive six-year term.
In one general election scenario, 49 percent of respondents picked Lowden and 39 percent chose Reid. In another, 48 percent picked Tarkanian to 43 percent for Reid. That poll, which surveyed 500 voters Tuesday through Thursday, has a margin of error of plus or minus 4.5 percentage points...

Pubs need to pick a runner soon. Does NV have a run-off rule? Less than 50% etc.?
Let us HOPE AND PRAY that Reid gets his long retirement life..in OBSCURITY or someone catches up to his Shady LAND DEALS
I see a plehtora of lame books in the future...that’s usually what happends when they “retire”. They become distinguished authors. ::rolls eyes::
and every book should be scrutinized (AFTER PUBLICATION)by Justice Department, for CRIMES against the CONSTITUTION...
Especially scum like REID.
Here’s another poll:

Delay Obamacare until after November. If Ried and a few others go down, that will be a BIG game-changer.
Yeah, but these are all “pre Acorn” figures. They can probably deliver at least 5% for him.
The American sheeple had better do something about those fat pensions these clowns have given themselves.
They have engineered one of those rare CAN’T LOSE. I WIN, YOU TURKEYS LOSE situations for themselves:
Spend a term or more screwing up the country for the rest of us while they get a fat check — and those cool raises every year or so — and perks (like Pelousy’s jet — AGGRHHHH). Then, in a system resembling a perpetual motion machine, they use their influence to gather all that private dough to stay in office. I know, I know — blame the stupid voters.
Spend a single term screwing up the country then — unless they get caught sleeping with a live boy, a dead woman (Barney and Teddy excepted) or outright stealing and go to jail (a fate they seem to have reserved for the George Hansens and Jim Traficant’s who dare to challenge the system — get booted from office with that fat pension.
Gotta put a stop to that and soon.
Are Lowden or Tarkanian any better than Reid? Just wondering.
One can only hope and work towards a day that reid is out of the Senate. Let’s do the same for pelosi.
JoMa
Not the voters fault, rather it is the Marxist Propaganda Media and a complicit opposition that are the culprits. If the people knew the truth about the goings on they would be like us here on FR. At least most of them.
To quote a popular tv series of mine “the truth is out there” ... the voters must educate themselves and seek it. Luckily for the dems, we live in a society were civic duty is a myth and voter apathy runs rampant....Hence Nancy Pelosi and Obama.
Uh, huh. However by Nov. 2010, there will be 30 million new voters—known today as MEXICANS—and the Black Panthers will be determining who gets to vote and probably how often. Don’t think Reid doesn’t know these things.
I’m Mexican. Born in Juarez and came her legally thank you....I have yet to vote for any of the aforementioned politicians....sleep well knowing there’s hope.
*here*
It certainly helps to have an emotional component such as anger and fear. The people would have this if the news media did their jobs.
Hope so. Looking at the twit is depressing.
