Around the time of CPAC or the comment Rush Limbaugh made about wanting Obama to fail, a youtube video was posted. It was a congressman or senator guest appearing on Fox News or CNN (???). He was dark haired, slim, good looking and really funny. I think he was also a rock and roll musician like Huckabee and Tony Snow. During the session, he defined the Republican party in these terms.
Our liberty is from God not the Government.
Our sovereignty is in our souls not the soil.
Our security is through strength not surrender.
Our prosperity is from the private sector not the public sector.
Our truths are self evident not relative.

Any help would be appreciated.
Anyone have a link to this YOUTUBE video?
YouTube has a feature that lets you save the ones you’ve viewed to “favorites.” Use it. Also, you can type your keywords into a YouTube search and then look for the one you viewed previously.
The ENTIRE speech on Rush’s page for FREE for everyone! :-)
Tried a Youtube search and got squat.
Not looking for Rush’s speech. I’m looking for
a Republican guest who was on a talk show during
the time of CPAC.
Try CPAC Fox News Rush and you get several to choose from.
Want to find the name of the representative
who appeared as a guest on a talk show. He
was superb and his quote stuck with me.
Sorry. I’ll help you look.

Sounds like Duncan Hunter.
Considering the pathetic state of the quisling mediots, that comes as no surprise.
Too bad you weren't seeking Jessie Jackass, Nancy girl, Dingy Harry et al ad naseum. You'd be buried under hits.
BIG help. huh.
Y'know if you & those helping can't turn this UTube video? Might *try* sending Rush an email asking if he knows where to find it, who it was etc.
People would be truly shocked at what *kind* of emails Rush will answer. ;^)
*Sorry* Jo, that's best I have. :^)
Nope, sorry.
Thanks Landru. You’re right about our tastes
and obsessions concerning the outrageous.
Keep your ear to the ground for me.
Nope... not Hunter.
Keep thinking though.
Could it be Thaddeus McCotter - Republican representative from Michigan(11th District - suburban Detroit area)? This sounds like him - early 40s, kind of balding, very eloquent.
NOW I remember [hearing] this guy.
Might've been on local Talk Radio, but I heard 'em and *was* impressed.
I *think* Sioux-san may be correct, Jo. ;^)
Reason I recall *now*?
Can clearly recall after hearing him thinking, "THIS guy's a Repub?? And from *MI*?!?!"
Bet it's him. :^)
To all, if you check YouTube and don’t find something of a political nature, try PopModal. They are a conservative alternative.
