BREAKING HARD... BROWARD COUNTY VOTERS FIND POLLING PLACES CLOSED IN RECALL ELECTION...

Posted on 10/07/2003 2:45:27 PM PDT by 1stFreedom

Voters in Broward County, Florida, have been showing up at public schools wanting to cast their votes against Arnold Swartznegger.

They were surprised to find no polling booths, and several rowdy elderly folks wrestled past school security guards in an attempt to not have their vote count.

"Those republicans are stealing the election all over again" said Ima Idgit. "They won't even let me vote against the recall"

Some residents expressed outrage and threatened to sue.

"I was prevented from voting because I'm black. Those republicans set up a roadblock near the school to intimidate people of color -- they don't want them to vote for Gore for Govenor" said Ima liar, 57, of Broward County.

It appears that nobody had told these voters that the election was for the recall and replacement Govenor of *CALIFORNIA*.

But, after all, these are the same people who couldn't even vote properly in the last election.

I do believe that is a photo of one of our very own Freepers, sockmonkey, from the 2000 elections protests at the governor's mansion here in Austin. Great fun and that is how our Heart of Texas chapter was formed.

Not to mention that the Cal-ee-forn-ee-a voters managed to use the punch cards with NO problems at all.
