thankfully, lucius is too short to drink from the toilet and too short to get anything off of the kitchen table. unlike his predecessor! he was beside himself when i served horsdoerves on the coffee table though, bc that is just right for easy access!

no, he didn't have to say anything at all. when he originally made the compliment he was there to assess the cut electrical grounding cord that his guys cut with the lawnmower around the other side of the house. the bed in question is on the other side of the driveway and it isn't immediately apparent that it is on our property. he ASKED if it was mine and if i had done it and that is when he complimented me.

When Boring, Fat & Gray was a kitten, I had put a nice vase on the coffee table, on a pretty lace doily. Then I sat down to rest, put my drink down and my feet up, and guess who comes running full tilt into the living room.

She jumped onto the coffee table, skidded on the doily, crashed into the vase sending it crashing galley west, AND knocked my drink onto the floor. Then she landed on my lap, claws still extended from all that skidding.

ouch!

Ever since I was a kid, toilets were continually scrubbed and left open for the dogs - it's especially helpful in hot weather when the water in their bowls gets warm quickly.

I caught anisette up at the kitchen counter the other night - hubby had left 2 slices of pizza on the board - and cinderella is going to be even bigger than that!!!

Before the arthritis hit her hind legs anisette could put her paws on my shoulders, even when I was wearing heels.

of course one night we had a guest who put the whole enchalada down in the middle of the night. when I got up in the night to pee, I almost watered the room. Thankfully I tend to look where I'm peeing.
