our lovely Dem governor has cut DMV services.

Really - they just expanded the hours here from 5 to 6 days a week. When I got all my proper paperwork together I was in and out in less than 30 minutes when I got my license and hubby was even quicker getting tags.

that's bc you got 5 dang people living over there, gabz!!! i would be one of the sole native speakers of english in the DMV, and that is counting people on BOTH sides of the counter!

so that's gov warner's strategy? increase coverage where 5 people live and have a DMV with 20 windows in No. VA, but only put employees in 3 of them.
