It's good, but not as good as this Chicken Pesto Ciabatta I just got at O'Henry's!sounds like a case of either damn fine chicken, or darned clever euphanism on your part....
To: xsmommy
It was great...I wish they served that as a salad. It also had roma tomatoes and baby spinach. Without the bread it would be Atkins-friendly.

Apparently, according to the Vail Daily, none of the recent rumors are true.

Speaking of euphemisms, this morning on the drive in, the morning radio guys were doing a...Bet no one listening has ever "been to Ohio" at an amusement park. They got a bunch of idiots calling in to say which amusement park IN Ohio they had been to. Not what they meant at all. Bham has it's share of idjits! They did get someone who had been to Ohio at a Stevie Ray Vaughn concert.....

Yes, it did. I have a lot of fresh basil to harvest within the next few days, and I was thinking of making pesto with some of it. I have never made more pesto than I need for whatever Italian dish I am making it for-does anyone know how long it will keep, or if it can be frozen and still taste decent when you bring it back to life?
