"smitherines". !!!!!!
I love it.
A couple of days after 9/11/01 my then 3yo saw a picture of OBL on my computer and aksed what was his name - I was reading something and abstractly answered her with one word "MUD" she has called him that ever since. She refers to saddam as "Mud's cousin".
We lived near Dover Air Force Base before we moved so she was used to the C-5s. Everytime one would take off she would say "there goes another plane to help President Bush punish punish mud for breaking those buildings."
I had to come up with some way of explaining what was going on to a very smart 3 year old.

Kids get so much more input nowdays. Just think how smart we'd have been if we'd had it. I spent so much time teaching my kids to be kids when they were little. Now like me they can revert in a heartbeat. Stay on it.

As I have said before - letting her be a kid is why we were so deperate to get out of Dover.
The other day the preschool teacher was concerned because when I went to pick her up her sneakers were still wet from when they were playing in the water in the yard earlier - my attitude was SO? she plays in the water all the time!!!
It was apparent the woman was very releaved by my attitude - sheesh. More time than not I've got to strip the child when I let her in the house - right after I've done the same thing because she turned the hose on me!!!!

"you won't catch me opining on a Kobe thread though, for fear of being strung up as a KOBOT! "
lol.. I'm thinking about staying away from those threads today too because I've wasted 4-5days on them already. The article about the party that was up yesterday said they had verified the party story with 5 different kids at different locations so I tend to believe it. And none of them have that Bray couple who defended her actually claiming to be at the party that I could find. They just denied that she acted that way. < s> buuuut of course we all know that KB owns all the media outlets and is forcing them to spin the story in his favor < /s> ;)

BERLIN, July 23 (Reuters) - Almost one in three Germans below the age of 30 believes the U.S. government may have sponsored the September 11, 2001, attacks on New York and Washington, according to a poll published on Wednesday. And about 20 percent of Germans in all age groups hold this view, a survey of 1,000 people conducted for the weekly Die Zeit said. They don't even remember the holocaust because their brains have been pixilated by the constant barrage of denial. They aren't capable of rational thought, be it history or current events.
