In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. Practice makes perfect.....post on....
pixilate \pix-i-late; pix-il-ate\, verb:
pixilated, pixilating, pixilates; intransitive verb
pixilated; adjective
pixilation; noun
1. Behaving as if mentally unbalanced; very eccentric.
2. Whimsical; prankish.
3. Slang. Intoxicated; drunk.
4. Naughtily or annoyingly playful; "teasing and worrying with impish laughter

Good Morning Class. Welcome to School!
Class is now in session. The rules are simple, you get a grade if you use the WFTD in a sentence, haiku, limerick, or quatrain. You get a "+" if you make a link, or make the teacher laugh, or you offer the appropriate bribes. I hold the grade book, and the whip and chair.
I don't have an example today, so y'all will have to be creative….. not that you aren't already, in your slightly pixilated way.

I knew it would happen, but I didn't think the antis in Delaware would be pixilating over the herbal cigarettes quite so fast.

I know Mike and Frank both well enough to know that they are NOT pixilating in any of their comments to the press.
I can't wait to go to some of the other boards and watch the antis go to town with this story.
