i can agree with anyone that says ritalin is overprescribed, that it is being foisted on parents by public schools. that may all be true. but do NOT sit there and categorically state that there is no such thing as ADD/ADHD because that is just ignorance.

ADD and ADHD is real. I know from my own experience the difference in a child when the child finally gets diagnosed and gets therapy. What a difference!
Oh, BTW, the Cyberbot wanted me to say hello to everyone in here yesterday. He misses WFTD! Miss Rika would actually grade his work. He loved it.

I stay away from those threads. Legitimate use is fine. I can't see how John John got past FAA for pilot license on Ritalin and anti-depressents. ADD and Dyslexia would not be a good mix for flying.
