Tuesday, 07-02-03 | Slip 18

Posted on 07/02/2003 7:00:38 AM PDT by Slip18

In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-) Practice makes perfect.....post on....

Spaniels have to be groomed to keep their fringes nice and purty.

I had a Brittany for my first dog. He was just 35 pounds. Best dang dog you could ever have. He would catch little critters like lizards and soft mouth them. Then he would open his mouth and give the lizard back to you.

Is that what it's called when one plays backwards wheelbarrow with the other?

Actually, they clean each other's eyes and ears. One of them has always got a tongue in the other one's ear. It really is a gagger.

I love Brittanies! I had one for 15 years. He stayed a puppy until he was about 4(talk about an extended childhood!) but we loved him dearly.

Good grief what an afternoon for explosions.

There was an explosion in Wilmington, DE that levelled at least 2 homes.......

And a tractor trailer full of fireworks exploded near Fort Myers, Florida

Visual Mathematician means you easily detect logical patterns and follow the pattern. You can even continue the pattern beyond what is presented. You are logical. It also means you'll be hounded by Imode with every dang test they come up with and they will try like heck to sell you the detailed report. Run like the wind and change your email address as soon as possible.

My Brittany, was an only child for about ten years, and he loved it. He could jump a fence. He could stand there and hop five feet in the air.

I don't know if you had this problem, but his skin was so light, he had allergies to a lot of things. This was before the stuff you put on the back of their neck for flea control. One flea would bite him, and he swelled up. He was on steroids for the last few years of his life.

My dogs now have never had a flea on their bodies.

This may be my first time being spammed! I've never been spammed by email before. Cyber will stop it before it gets out of hand. I don't know what I would do without his computer genius brain.

I love graphs and charts for trading commodities. Perhaps that's the visual part of the mathematician?
