Porch Collapses, Where is Jesse Jackson?

The last time there was a Chicago disaster, Jackson showed up to comfort the injured and make sure the authorities knew it was only an accident and not caused by his friends, the owners.
Now it seems Jesse is MIA, guess the killed and injured were just too white to be a concern for the good reverend. Guess you just have to pick your disasters.

WHY was everyone on the porch?
My wife told me why - You can't smoke INDOORS anymore!
Blame the anti-smoking NAZIS!

indeed and the Chicago Tribune wisely informs us that "overcrowding may have contributed to the collapse"---

Even more interesting is the media handling of the two events. I was not paying attention to the disaster in Jesse's buddy's firetrap. But, as I recall, it did get a lot of covereage. The porch collapse also seems to be getting a lot of coverage and I don't think I see a difference.
However, my bet would have been that once the left-wing media realized that blacks and, especially, Jesse and his henchpersons (pls note gender sensitivity) were involved, coverage would have ceased. But, I don't know if that happened. With the porch disaster, we don't yet know if anyone "news-worthy" was involved, so we can't yet guage the media attention.

Porch Collapses, Where is Jesse Jackson? Under the porch? We could be so lucky.
To: rellimpank
Was overcrowding an issue in the fire? That story sure went to page 20 in a hurry when Jesse went to bat for the owners.

The kegs were also on the porch. As for smoking, you can blame the PC croud for the shuttle disaster too.

Yeah - For some odd reason I didn't see much press attention paid to WHY that hard foam was used instead of the original foam that was DESIGNED for the shuttle.
And for all you NASA bashers out there - bash the clinonite-pc-greenies for the shuttle disaster!! If the original formula was used there would not have been a gouge.

If a lack of adequate City inspection comes to light the story will go underground. Those liberal democrats really stick together.

Could be, but what makes OUR voices and opinions any less important than that of some ignorant left-wing radical extremist communist reporter that is intent on destroying our Republic?
In fact I like these discussions that are brought on from events.
If someone feels strongly enough to put his thought out in front of all the bashers on this system, he deserves the space.

Hmm... If this had happened on the South Side of Chicago, Jesse would already be calling for reparations.

Silly me. I should have known better.

I see atl east one other person reads the press releases. Yes, the PC ozone savers killed those astronauts but you will never see it on the nightly news. A terrible accident. Accident my as*, they did not have to die. Then we could also discuss the camera evaluation which said there was no damage before they started to return.....wrong. Could they have docked with the space station and been checked out?
