The leftist swine media are back on a rant about Gitmo - The New York Times is carrying a piece that laments about the conditions the detainees had to go through. The Times did say there wasn't any physical mistreatment, just isolation such that some detainees thought of suicide. Still waiting to read their expose on the families of the Trade Center victims and how they feel about all this.

Ed Gillespie will likely be replacing Marc Racicot as head of the RNC when the committee votes next month.

And as to what must be frustrating to the Criminal Party, newly released financial statements from the Administration show the President's advisors as somewhat better off than the average American but, even in the words of the Washington Pravda, not rich.

She said they were blooming late this year. (They had a really, really bad winter this past year.)

Also, didn't see as many roses as the other perennials I mentioned, especially the peonies and iris....

Chairman, regarding the David Nelson story: there was a thread posted on it yesterday from a California paper. I didn't reply because it was full of the usual ranting about Homeland Security from the usual suspects, but a lot of people are missing the important point of that story, as far as I am concerned.

There is someone in this nation who is named "David Nelson" or is able to assume the identity of a David Nelson, which means there is a suspect who is not an Arab.

I think this is pretty scary. I have long been concerned that the anarchists and the Eco-terrorists would be linked to the Islamaic terror groups. I think this is a hint that this may in fact be the case.
