We made ice cream and practised piping chocolate decorations today. We also made cheese cake. Trill will be glad to know that chef delayed making the cheesecake until she was headed home. ;>)

You're right. We could have complained and done it firmly but nicely. Usually we see if there is a pattern, THEN we complain. In this case, it seemed to be a snag which righted itself.

He was a nice young man from n.w. Indiana, not far from where my mother lives in Ill.

My husband wanted to get the Interpretor's Bible CD ROM for his father's Day present.

Fine, and it arrived while we were gone.

But reading the accompanying material he found so many restrictions he's wondering if it's worth it.

For example, once installed on one computer, in order to move it to another, he'll have to call and get instructions.

One reason books will never go out of style, I guess....

You are so right about 97 prowling around the countryside trying to make nice. I truly believe many years ago something was sold for power (presidency) and money. Look at the eyes, they are the mirror to what this woman really is.

I've read her book has some very unforgiving mentions of people she thinks did her wrong. She is the type who may forgive after she gets even.

Hi Sweetie, how is J1 faring in southern Texas?

Miss M, you may have a fledging, noted, author in the making.

I've been "bizzier" than a one armed paper hanger, lately. I've had to get things ready for my god-daughters wedding, I'll be leaving here on Thursday and flying to MD for a few days. Golly, it seems just a few months ago, she was a tiny baby and the cutest toddler. Now she's a grown up beautiful young lady. Time flies.

I've made sure Roomey has what he needs for breakfast, enough clean clothes till I come back, plus the regular stuff that comes and goes each day, plus my golf. However, we have been rained out three times.

Plus we had drop-in company for a couple of days and another coming tomorrow for a couple more days.

If I don't come back for a few days, I shall return. See y'all.

LOL! I was going to say: "smellicopter my @.... but thought better of it. ;>)

Yes, we made plain cheesecakes today. Chef fully understands that I hate chocolate.

Tonight, I made a sorta shrimp mousse thing that I piped out into round french-fry shaped things into hot oil. OMG! They are most excellent.

But that was a lot of things. I need to work on my culinary vocabulary. ;>)

I compared the two before buying the Windates. For me, Windates was much more user friendly. To each his own.
