We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The President is visiting family in Kennebunkport, Hitlery says there should be an investigation on Iraqi intelligence, and Rome is complaining about temperatures that will be in the low 90s.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Good Morning.
Hey... WE are headed your way in a few weeks.
Gotta attend a wedding in Bloomington, Ill. (Actually the wedding is in Normal, but we've got the hotel in Bloomington.)
How's Bloomington?
I think we'll be coming down through Rockford.

Good morning, everyone, and Happy Father's Day!
Overcast and humid right now, but it is supposed to clear and get up to 80! Actual summer weather!
Grandkids will be here around noon, and if the weather holds I will take them to the pool for a couple of hours. The Coopsters have another round of house-hunting today and it is much easier to accomplish without a six and four year old tagging along.

Sounds like it will be most fun at your house today.

Don't know much about Bloomington. Took son to a church camp there many moons ago, and I remember it being a pretty area.
Weddings are fun no matter where they're held.
Travel safely!

Bloomington/Normal is a typical University town. My brother & SIL live there. It is a nice clean area.
I can't remember where you'll be driving from. It should be a pretty drive, the crops are a lovely green.

Great news about the insurance company.
LBKQ... I bet it has been so much fun having that sweet little baby around.
#120... IG, sounds like you are planning a fun time today. I envy you so.
#123... Miss Marple, hope the weather cooperates, enjoy your day.

A GOOD A.M. TO ONE AND ALL FROM THE MISSISSIPPI GULF COAST, USA!!!!
Today I start my Ark, it rained barrels last night, lighting, thunder and I mean big time, it was bad. Oh well, at least my garden got some water (it might be washed away, have to go after church to check on it).
Went to he store and got my neighbor a dozen donuts just to say 'thank you' for yesterday and his 5 and 3 year olds said 'daddy, PawPaw is here', he thought his dad was there but it was me and it seems like the kids have adopted me as their second PawPaw which means I will have to treat them again when the ice cream lady comes by in her little truck.
Gd decided she would show me her stash of money she has been hiding and sheesh, she has more than I do, some 20's, 10's and l's. I had to promise not to tell her parents and would you believe it? she hit me up for some more when I left her house, smart girl and yes, she got a 'donation'. She is saving for 3 Barbie dolls and some Barbie outfits.
The kids are going to do some more work on my house and I am thinking of packing up everything, put it in storage and move in with them. I do have to admit it gets awfully lonely down here, its just that reservation of me interfering with there life style, they say it will won't but I just don't know. Gd is all for it, lock, stock and barrel.
Think I will go for another cup of coffee before getting ready for church, be back in a bit.

If you were to ask me I'd say go for it, but seeing as you aren't asking me I still say go for it, but only if you were to ask me if you should!!

I wish they wouldn't telegraph the students' objectives. I don't want to see too many people hurt or killed.

OK, I can't resist...picture this: we are sitting there along the Hudson River, looking out over the water with sailboats, power boats and jet skis tooling along...when, out of nowhere, first the Blue Angels Solo goes out over the water and comes back over our heads, at about 500-800 ft. altitude ;-)....
And THEN, the Diamond Pattern of Blue Angels comes by, ROARING, over our heads, at the bottom of a loop, at 500-800 ft. altitude...
And all the uninitiated can say is: "Man is that loud, but it is sooooo cool..."...;-)
