AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 870) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | June 9, 2003 | All of Us

Posted on 06/09/2003 4:10:06 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!

Good morning!!

Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

People were lining up last night at midnight to be the first to buy Hitlery's book at an upper west-side (New York City) Barnes and Noble bookseller.

Over the weekend talk shows, the Administration found itself defending the quality of intelligence it used to decide for war against Iraq.

Meanwhile, John Dean - yep, of Watergate fame - has decided that President Bush's problem with respect to the Iraqi intelligence is far worse than what happened to Nixon. [No, John, it isn't. President Nixon committed a crime - obstruction of justice. Which is something you should know since you dropped the dime on him.]

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

Kinfolk tell me that my great grandfather, Hugo Zappie, German, was a gardner to the Kaiser of Germany, guess he messed up the rosses and left to go to England, grandpaw moved to the USA and went to work for the MO Pacific railroad. Just a little history you know.

I love family history. It makes history more real, somehow.

Linda Vester talking about Hillary's book. Julian Epstein says that conservatives are focussing on the sex, when there is so much more to the book.

I believe I stated here a few days ago that I thought it would be a mistake to pay attention to the Lewinsky stuff. They would like nothing more than to bring back the argufying that went on before impeachment.

I think we should simply concentrate on Hillary's perception of Bill as a Viking. That all by itself proves she is nuts.

Family history, huh?

My grandfather was a boy in Armenia, born in 1890. Shortly before the genocide, he left to go to University in Germany. He never returned to live.

When WWI broke out, he fled to Switzerland, as Germany and Turkey were allies. While at University in Zurich, he fell in love with the landlady's daughter. They emigrated to the US and eventually settled outside Philladelphia.

I remember his stories of camel caravans and wicked schoolmasters. His was a colorful life.

I would agree with this and that we ought to agree with her viking image. But we ought to always add, followed by a loud guffaw...Hagar the Horrible. Thanks, CT.

Hi Jem:

Just got on line for a few moments and see you're here with Dog... LD seems to have departed.

Had an email from my friend this am. He said his meetings with the airplane (Y.....) people went very well. He is going to the capitol with a couple of them and will be returning next week.

Guess you missed them. Too bad!!!

Gotta leave now, sorry.

They're leaving already? They were even here?

I guess I missed them in the let-down of the first week of vacation. Rats!

The school is a funny place. All the students say they're glad when school is out, but I see a lot of kids (those left in town) up there, at the library, computer lab, and just shooting baskets, all the time.

I'm going to hurt my housemate. She should be here and she isn't. I'm trying to decide between being peeved and being worried.

Your housemate and your dad have a lot in common. Be peeved. I think they must have the same genetic make-up.

Yee gads Nita and your boss has the stained one's picture with him in it hanging on his wall?????????? OH UGH. Has he NO shame? He's probably a nice guy, but to show that picture for all those who enter his office to see! He was a military aide? I'll bet he can tell sommmme stories......OH would I like to hear the dirt. He's the kind though, I'll bet that won't tell. DARN! Give him some martinis....that should loosen his tongue.

Oh, speaking of martinis......Roomey fixed me one of the best I've ever tasted, with #10 and he put a couple drops of olive juice in it. The gin with a smidgen of vermouth came from the freezer, the glass was frosted, from the freezer and there were some ice shavings floating on the top, the olive came from the fridge. I am still looking for Boodles here, I can't find it. I'll have to wait until I go to Dallas or Austin, which is way in the future. But I shall persevere.

Goodness the presstitutes are all over themselves with #97's book. Barnes and Noble are hosting her book signing in NY with wrist bands and all, those who want the hardback books signed will wear lavendar and those who can afford only the paperback will wear a white string.

Does she ( and your dad for that matter) own a clock? Do they know how to read those digits? Does it relate to life some how?

I don't think so.

Have you ever noticed how those who are always late are much happier than those who always have to wait on them?
