We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good morning!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
People were lining up last night at midnight to be the first to buy Hitlery's book at an upper west-side (New York City) Barnes and Noble bookseller.
Over the weekend talk shows, the Administration found itself defending the quality of intelligence it used to decide for war against Iraq.
Meanwhile, John Dean - yep, of Watergate fame - has decided that President Bush's problem with respect to the Iraqi intelligence is far worse than what happened to Nixon. [No, John, it isn't. President Nixon committed a crime - obstruction of justice. Which is something you should know since you dropped the dime on him.]
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
I know they are heavy feeders and need room to grow, but a large pot with standing water should work.
WHAT ABOUT LOTUS..DO I NEED A POND TO GROW THEM?
No you do not need a pond to grow lotus in. A lotus is actually a bog plant even though left alone in a natural pond or lake it will eventually adapt to greater depths. A 1/2 whiskey barrel liner is a good tub size to grow lotus in...lotus require width as their root systems are pretty large. Ben says "The bigger the pot, the bigger the show". Which is true...allowing your lotus room to spread allows for more growing tips to produce flowers from. You may also sink tubs in your yard. Lotus make beautiful landscape plants.
You mean she thought he looked like Hagar the Horrible?
There is a resemblance.
She won't run in 2004. The object of this book is to put it all behind her.... When she runs in 2008 she will refuse to answer any questions about Monica or any other female in Bill's life. She will say that the Republicans are just trying to break up her marriage now that it has been very good for several years. She is making this tour to talk about Monica et all so she can say it has all be said.
Hillary has consistently demanded to know the questions before she will grant an interview. Betcha she got that deal from Barbara. By the time this book tour is over she will have effectively put Bill's sex life behind her... at least as far as questions from the media are concerned.
Click on Hillary and Bill to read my take on their relationship.
She knows that Teddy Kennedy refused to comment on Chappaquiddick and it came back to haunt him in 1980. Hillary will talk the Monica subject to death in 2003 and perhaps in 2004. She will reveal nothing but she will talke about it all over the USA. That way it will be off the table so only mean spirited people could bring it up in 2008 and then it would hurt them if they were foolish enough to do so.
If I were playing this game I would put staffer or two out their checking on Billy J. They would catelog the rumors. Then before hillary announces in 2008, plant some media reporters to see if Bill could not be induced into making a Gary Hart type statement in 2007. Catching Bill in some Monkey Business before Hillary could run in 2008 could destroy her strategy of "That is old News" and make it New News that she could not handle.
I hope from time to time as you encounter a good book that espouses conservative virtues you will drop by and add a comment about it so that others may find new and beneficial reading.
Its nice to have good neighbors.
Arab Columnists on the Killing Fields of IraqFor those who live by the adage "the enemy of my enemy is my friend," this should call that thinking into serious question. Arabs supported Saddam's regime because it was anti-zionist. Now they have a lot of explaining to do. It's nice to see a few Arab journalists raising these issues.
We are the Hohns mentioned in the article. Brehobs are shirttail relatives.
My husband's mother sold off the greenhouses about 10 years ago, but still owns the house. The Hohn family came over here in the late 1800's and settled there. The "homeplace" is still standing and in very good shape. My husbands father was born and died on the very same plot of ground that he, and his father before him, worked from the 1880's to 1993.
Every once in a while the local PBS station shows a documentary about the German families who settled in that area. It is very interesting, especially when you know the names if not the faces. I'll bet your Dad would have known most of the names. Watch the WFYI schedule, because they show it periodically. I've seen it twice.
Thanks for posting this. I might have missed it entirely as we have been very busy helping our daughter move and there hasn't been time to read the paper for a couple of days.
Until I was a grown woman I thought every city had greenhouses in the suburbs. LOL!
I see it is 24/7 coverage of Hillary on CNN.....did they give her the network while we weren't looking.
Fox is also covering it somewhat, but they are running other stories, Laci Peterson of course being one of them.
President Bush is supposed to be on sometime today. I heard that as I was doing chores.
I still buy a lot of plants at Millers and Ruckers.
I'm so glad you posted the article. I would have hated to miss it.
Now...back to work.
