I did want to ask you how on earth you got all of those taglines. Do you have access to some database (or do you have an Access database)?

Actually, each time I see a new tagline, I cut and paste it to a file I keep on the screen.

At the end of the week (or two-weeks), I reformat these taglines and paste them into an alphabetized 'master' list (which so far has over 1200 taglines) to look for duplicates.

After converting the file to HTML and making some adjustments, I post it.

I grab every tagline I see, except for non-English ones unless someone provides me with a translation .... I hesitate to pass along something I don't understand.

Why do I do this?

There are so many wonderful taglines and Taglinus FreeRepublicus allows Freepers to catch those they have missed.
