Vodka neat, with a twist...

Provost.

Tito's, the only distiller in TX, has a fantastic vodka that can almost double as a liquour - it's like a silver warmth is spreading throughout your body.

Ask your retailer if they can get it.

Enjoyed the pic of Sequim....they say Sequim lies in what they call the 'Banana Belt' on the Peninsula of Washington...I guess they call it that, because they dont seem to get nearly as much rain as the rest of us do along the western coast of Washington....

The few times I have been there, it always seems warmer and drier, than down in Olympia...]

Theres also a great game farm in Sequim, where buffalo roam free, and are free to chase your car in a quest for food...its kind of scarey at times, trying to outrun a herd of buffalo...

Sequim is in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mts.. That's why it get much less rain than other parts of western WA. Gets dumped on say Forks instead..

That makes sense Westy...and your are no doubt right about Forks, as they seem to get a ton of rain...

Did you feel the earthquake yesterday? We felt nothing here in Oly, ,and the hubby says they felt nothing up in Tacoma either....

This is better for us than that Nisqally earthquake ....we were just a few miles from that epicenter, and our house rocked and rolled, and really gave us a scare...that was my first earthquake...

Hey Mom - nice to see ya this evening.

I read an article pimping all the great benefits of lavender while on vacation, and when I googled it, that beautiful site popped up.

You guys have a wonderfully different state - something for everyone.

Mrs.L is babysitting the nephew this evening while others go to the Boston Pops guys' concert here, so I am home alone...it may be an early evening for me.

Regards.

Hi there Loddy...yes, it really is a diverse state, nature wise...we have mountains, rain forests, deserts, canyons, the ocean, lakes, rivers, streams, Puget Sound, well like you said, there is something for everyone...

I love the Boston Pops...we always make sure that we watch their concert on July 4th...they always have lots of patriotic music, lots of fireworks, and of course, the 1812 overature...

I will be home alone next weekend...BigDom goes up to Tacoma, to see Three Dog Night...another one of his rock and roll weekends...as usual, I am invited, but decline, prefering to spend my time, wasting his money on ebay...

Then for Fathers Day weekend, we are going up to Seattle for another three day weekend...Andy and Dom will be going to a Mariners game, and then they will swing by and get me for dinner....I enjoy it when my two 'men' spend time together, alone and away from me...doing their 'manly' things...

Well, you were one really cute little kid! Not all kids are that cute. My dad was a cute little kid too. But he sorta looked a little like a girl in his baptismal gown..took him awhile to look like a boy and then he looked like a nerd which I guess he was cuz he was purtty smart....he had brains to burn! He had glorious red hair..copper red.

Speaking of redhead, Where is Val today?

Well, then Keep us " bored" cuz we are enjoying them. By the way, did you see I think MO's comment that she doesn't know how to scan the pics and post them like you are doing? Someone made that comment earlier...care to share...if we all learn how to do that maybe we could have a "Old Timers" (meaning anyone over 30) Beautiful Baby Picture contest...
