Enjoyed the pic of Sequim....they say Sequim lies in what they call the 'Banana Belt' on the Peninsula of Washington...I guess they call it that, because they dont seem to get nearly as much rain as the rest of us do along the western coast of Washington....
The few times I have been there, it always seems warmer and drier, than down in Olympia...]
Theres also a great game farm in Sequim, where buffalo roam free, and are free to chase your car in a quest for food...its kind of scarey at times, trying to outrun a herd of buffalo...

Sequim is in the rain shadow of the Olympic Mts.. That's why it get much less rain than other parts of western WA. Gets dumped on say Forks instead..
.......Westy......

Hey Mom - nice to see ya this evening.
I read an article pimping all the great benefits of lavender while on vacation, and when I googled it, that beautiful site popped up.
You guys have a wonderfully different state - something for everyone.
Mrs.L is babysitting the nephew this evening while others go to the Boston Pops guys' concert here, so I am home alone...it may be an early evening for me.
Regards.
