If there had really been a UFO landing and if the government really wanted to cover it up, this guy would not have been able to drive his wife to the site a few days after it happened. I'm no conspirator, but even I know that the government would think to remove the charred ground where the thing landed. If I were a scientist working on the incident, I'd want all of the ground preserved so that I could keep taking samples of it. I certainly wouldn't want it exposed to wind, rain, and the curious eyes of family members. This lady's story has too many holes.

NOT NECESSARILY.

Our government could have been as sloppy as described in the beginning stages of such things.

They CAN be very good.

AND

The CAN be very sloppy with incredibly important things.
