I have some pulled-pork Eastern North Carolina BBQ in the freezer

Minced or pulled? There is a difference you know. Some of them yankees have been moving in here lately at places like 'Red, Hot,& Blue' in Cary and I swear in all my years, I've never eaten a piece of pork that looked like that om purpose. If we had been meant to eat pork like that, we wouldn't implements of destruction to chop up the pork and vinegar sauce ;)

Was it a bare thread? Pulling bare threads can be very sensitive business.

Of course, unless it was deadlocked, which may have resulted from a fork, and should have checked with a mutex or semaphore before being pulled.

Nope, mine is from the annual family reunion, home-style. Always bring home some to get me through till the next year. Authentic too, since we North Carolinians can claim our roots there since before the War of Northern Aggression.
